I bought shoes here yesterday and the cashier said that to return the shoes I would need my receipt. I come in today, and now the cashier says I need the tag (that was on the bottom of the shoe and easily falls off) or else I can not return it at all. Like just make up your mind. I am struggling financially and hearing that I can’t go anything about this situation and the cashier feelings no empathy or care whatsoever speaks so much about this business as a whole. And the cashier called me “man” which is extremely transphobic as a non binary person. I felt safe in this store that was lgbtq safe but now I feel uncomfortable and hurt from ragstocks uncaring and rude customer service.

I always love coming here! The staff and the music are always great and they have the coolest second hand stuff. Most of the staff are also queer like me and have the community flag hung up so I never feel unwelcome ?

My daughter purchased a few seasonal items and was told by the person at the check out she could return them if the items didn't work out. I went to return them, no, no returns,those are holiday items. Tags were still on, nothing worn,products still in the package,sealed.Find a different store to shop

First time I've been ever had terrible customer service here! Gal with the dred locks obviously doesn't even want to work there, she had such a bad attitude and I only asked two simple questions; even wished her a good day. Rude all through out it!! If you don't like your job or get annoyed with simple requests you probably shouldn't be in retail hun! I'd love to work at ragstock for one!

Ragstock used to be a lot better back in the day, but it's still a pretty neat store. Wish their clothes were a little less expensive for what you get.
