Amy did a virtual tour for a townhome when we were moving across state and was very accommodating. We were able to pay our rent online and easily access our account. Maintenance was professional and timely. Jeremy was always fast to respond to inquiries. My only complaints are Lacey gave us incorrect information about care and maintenance for the air condensation unit in our townhome and she was pretty unfriendly the few times we spoke with her. We were also given incorrect information about support animals. I can't speak to the return of a security deposit as the new owner chose to hire a different property management company, which I only assume was to save on costs because the new company is not as modern or technological as Premier is/was.

I would suggest not living in this apartment. I can't describe the way I have been treated by Amy and others here. Especially if you have pets, mental issues, or kids.I will start with the first instance. In the winter they tow cars to clean out the lot which is understandable. But they do not post a written notice. We had gotten new numbers, which I have texted them on before and we wake up to our car being towed. We ask the tow guy if he was willing to release it for us, He says he would need the apartments permission. So he calls them no answer, we call the apartment and they say we had to ask the tow guy not them. He calls the office no answer ( They are literally never in the office). I message them asking why they never responded, they said )Sorry we aren't in office. When they knew we were trying to get our car, They also said it was our fault, and they would not pay to get it out. It cost 400$ to get our car out. They also charged us 100$ for a new key fob, as well as a house key when I was added to the apartment.A few months later my husband lost his baby sister. He fell to the floor in shock, it was seven in the morning. Our downstairs neighbor then starts banging on our floors to get us to be quiet. We receive a noise complaint that we were walking around all night making noise. We explain this to the apartment, they basically tell us to figure it out and keep it down. If you have kids do you see where that could be a problem? Are they going to tell you to keep your baby down.A few months following we get a service animal, because my husband was having severe panic attacks. She was a puppy and was training in the kennel. We got so many complaints that we had to just let her walk around. We gave her pee pads but it wasn't an option to get rid of her she was abused and couldn't take moving around. At move out we were charged OVER 1,000 to replace the carpets .When the apartment put us in the situation. AMY just says "It will go to collections then" When we explain we won't pay that. With this service animal our downstairs neighbor complained constantly about her walking around. Amy didn't want to deal with it, so she had use just exchange numbers in order to figure it out ourselves. She texted me almost everyday complaining about noise, Even sometimes when we were sleeping. She would ask extremely personal questions like "Did you guys get into an argument or something?" When I was just taking a shower after coming home from work. There were times when she would watch me outside of my window. And say "I see how she pulls you (My dog) And then suggest I get rid of her. She would even talk about me to my neighbor and basically spy on us and what we were doing. Apparently my other neighbor asked her if we had gotten another dog, and she then started texting me about it. I mean you can literally hear people talking in their living rooms,This same neighbor had work done in her apartment, And on camera the maintenance man went through her dresser drawers. Amy gaslighted her into not making a police report, and told her he just wanted to see how the dresser was made. How ridiculous is that.We could not wait to move out of this apartment building, we had three separate people come and help clean the apartment before move out. We bisseled the carpet several times. Amy still charged us over 500$ for a cleaning fee. You can literally see her argue with people in these reviews. She sent over itemized receipts after I asked, she said our deposit did not cover all their costs. But looking at the receipts compared to our deposit she is way over charging me.A final act, we had our car towed due to issues. The tow guy parked it, we then got a letter on our window asking if we wanted a coloring book to learn how to park in the lines.Unless you want to be treated like this by Amy, or have to feel like you are being spied on and have to keep yourselves quiet 24/7 I would not suggest living here. We lived at Creekside for two years, and cannot described what this was to our mental

Renting from Premier has been a great experience for the past 3 years. After living at three of their buildings in Sauk Rapids, I can say that each building has had beautiful units in convenient locations along with quiet neighbors and great amenities. Maintenance is always quick to fix issues and communication is easy with the leasing office!

If you can avoid renting with them do it and stay away. I was trying to make a payment online and before I could put a period in the amount it confirmed the payment and went to the next page. The amount was for something like $5,000. I definitely didn’t have that much money so I called to cancel the payment and they told me they couldn’t cancel the payment on their end. I had to call my bank and pay a fee to stop the charge from going through. They were willing to bankrupt me severely just to make money. Also when we moved out we emptied out every room and cleaned the apartment top to bottom and still they tried to charge us a cleaning fee. If you rent with them now, take pictures and videos before you move out otherwise they’ll try to screw you over with cleaning fees. Literally this is the only place I’ve rented from where I didn’t get any part of my deposit back.TL;DR They tried to bankrupt me and charged a cleaning fee even after we left the apartment spotless.EDIT: since I can't respond to your response directly, I was told that the payment would just be applied to the account and that I could not be refunded in any way and the only way to keep the money was to call my bank. so thanks for lying. also go ahead and share those photos that you have showing that it "wasn't spotless"

I recently filed a police report because someone broke into my storage unit, ransacked it and did vandalism to stuff stored in the unit , all my family and myself store things in the unit, I was sickened at seeing they cut my locks off and put their own lock on signaling to me in my opinion they planned on coming back, this was some few weeks ago, now this evening June 7, 2022, someone actually tried to pry the whole latch off the storage unit door, the police got called again, I contacted the management office the first time as I always pay my rent on time, I never missed a payment and this isn’t right that someone is on the storage unit area attempting to break into my unit and now the latch is damaged to whereas it is not seemingly secure anymore, so I will contact management again. This is very disappointing as I have rented so long from this establishment.

Location was great. Kept grounds clean. Some larger trucks were hard to get around that seem to be renting space. Management However was a different store . Too many requirements to start renting and very difficult to start paying online . Worse was the behavior of one of the owners. They changed code card and refused to bring down a replacement while I hard large trucks and hired people sitting on there hands .

At first things were a little rough when we initially moved in. However, we have been here for a year and things have been good. Any sort of maintenance issue is resolved promptly within a couple days. I’d love to see a playground area for all the children that live in our townhome development. Overall, we are very happy with Premier.

Had neighbors that smoked and caused my apartment to smell of smoke. Complained about it for several months before they were evicted. Several people around me also complained of the smoke but it still took months to resolve. Move out was terrible. Charged me for everything. Spent 5 hours cleaning and was charged for cleaning.

I have been very pleased living at Creekside. The management has been very responsive to all my requests, especially the maintenance requests which have been done fast. The apartment is spacious and nicely decorated. The grounds are well cared for and kept clean. Very satisfied living here.

Very easy and fast application process. They stay out of your business. They aren’t nosy. Online portal is very easy to navigate and automatic payment is nice. We only needed maintenance once (we rented a newer townhome) and the repairs were done within a couple days. Someone always answers the office phone when you call (during office hours anyways). I was able to get text responses after hours too. Very accessible management. I would rent from them again.Only complaints are: I wish there was more flexibility in seeing properties as only doing them during office hours means you have to take time off work which is very inconvenient when rentals go so fast.Minor thing, but when we checked in we were told maintenance would replace the air filter every few months. They never came so we eventually did it ourselves. Not a big deal and easy to do but an small unexpected expense and the filter that was in there had definitely not been changed before we moved in. It was caked in dust. Also, at move out, we scheduled a walk through with them a month in advance. When the day came I messaged them to confirm our appointment and was told the gal who would do it was unexpectedly out of the office and no one else could. Not a big deal however they did not notify us so if I had not checked, we would’ve wasted time waiting around for no one to come. I asked them to have the gal that does it text when she came back in the next day to reschedule and she never did. I checked in again a couple days later and they said they had already done the walk through and it was done. Their excuse was most people don’t request to do a walk through. We did however and scheduled it plenty in advance. Had we been there we could’ve prevented an unnecessary charge that they had to refund us on a separate check from the deposit return.Over all, they were much better than I expected and we did get almost all our deposit back (we did a very thorough cleaning though and caused limited damage). I would recommend and rent from them again.
