The front desk staff with the long hair that works overnights is exceptional with his customer service he is both patient friendly and knowledgeable the only reason I didn't give five stars is because many of the red light therapy bulbs were out in a need to be changed for quite some time I think maybe 2 to 3 weeks before they were finally changed otherwise the rest of the club is 100% the best

Policy requires me to be in person to cancel membership. So I cancelled the card.
Now they’re saying without paying balance they’ll continue to charge me a membership fee regardless of if I want to be a member or not unless it’s paid.
I live 40 min away and could not come in to cancel.
Then they haphazardly mention “you could have sent a letter”.
Great advice three months after I called.

Me and my sister went here because we never been to this location before and we wanted to check it out but they were rude to us and didn't seem to be in a good mood so we left we won't be coming back.

I love that this location is so close to my new home. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Will. General manager is very helpful as well. Will become my new main home gym!!

I go here all the time . I leave feeling refreshed. Clean fitness center , friendly staff, best tanning beds and massage chair / bed . I recommend going here :)

The most clean planet fitness gym I've ever been to.. I travel a lot.. opportunity they have is to update all their equipment like they did at the Franklin TN location.

It's usually very clean & they have alot of equipment so there's no waiting. They seem to keep up on the maintenance of the machines. I'm happy going there.
