Every time comes here to fuel and I want print my manifesto, I emailed,which one staff provide me email .
AFTER 45 minutes or 1 hours waiting they said Same thing every time .
OUR SYSTEM IS DOWN,
OUR PRINTER NOT WORKING
WE DON’T RECEIVED YOUR EMAIL
THIS,THAT ETC.
MY QUESTION
if they don’t able to print documents
WHY They’re waste our time ……..

I don't want to say anything about the staff, but specifically about the pilot, about the infrastructure. This is one of the worst pilots. There are no places to park a box truck or a car. Everywhere is filled with semi-trucks and trailers. The shower doesn't work. The laundry doesn't work. The food is tasteless.

Only giving this location a 4 because the employees are always great. Kellen, flying solo on a busy night still had a great attitude and greeted everyone who walked in. Other than that horrible location for a truck stop. The Pilot real estate dept owed someone a favor when they bought the land to build here.

The people and staff are awesome but the parking lot is hell it's really bad but there's no where to expand to.

Small business, very little parking, and inattentive associates working the counter would rather visit each other than focus on the consumer in front of them.

The workers are nice the atmosphere is good there is no parking though there's semi parking. But if you're in a vehicle it's hard to find a place to park

Staff is friendly . They have clean showers but fuel island, restrooms and in store is too dirty , doesn't feel like this pilot is in america.

It's a pilot, has everything within short walk that we can ask for, showers were available 1pm Sunday, shower had old rag still in shower. Water pressure is moderate. The parking though, good luck... I had to make a spot and risk it so I can get my shower. Only like 20 spots and a few bobtail spots. Otherwise it's not the best but definitely better than alot of em out there.
