“Only one complaint: The customers that drive in on the outside lane against the arrow. Sam's Club should install those retractable tire spikes, like they have on the exit of parking garages. Either that or, people caught doing it should receive life in prison! Otherwise, great prices on gas! Worth the wait if there is a line. Save 10¢ - 25¢ a gallon!”

“Good prices. Since COVID, it's been very good being clean and well stocked. Having the pay a membership to shop at a store seems foolish (hence 4 stars).
Update 7.2.23: Items that were common are are often not available. Very hit and miss. Update 10.8.23: Items are still hit and miss. Update 3.30.24: Item selection has improved to what it once was, however some common items are still absent. Update 10.13.24: Prices are better than most places however still expensive to the point we are not purchasing some items.”
“Amazing pharmacy. I called, they answered immediately. I had been trying to get a prescription for my son filled elsewhere and it was a nightmare. They had it done in about 10 minutes. Beyond impressed. I won't go anywhere else from now on.”

“We appreciate the money back at CostCo!!!The checks are a bit difficult for us , as we tend to forget about it by the time we reach the register. Living two hours away makes it difficult because our opportunities are few and far between. We were not in the know that we could use the check towards renewing our membership and had just done that. So, we were so elated when the " head cashier " offered to return an item and use our check to pay for said item. Phew !! Now we have no worries !! Thank you COSTCO !!Suggestion: think about having the money on an app, like TJMaxx. If you have this already, let the customer know when renewing membership THANK YOU COSTCO”

“Awesome customer service at the pharmacy counter. I also did purchase some fruit. The customer service at the front register was very amazing and the lady that rang me up was very nice. I also stopped by the Starbucks inside, and the three amazing young women that work there were very patient very friendly, very kind. I was able to get my dragon fruit mango refresher drink with all food inclusions made with lemonade just how I liked. It was amazing. It was the best day out in a long time, even though I was just at the store. thank you for being kind.”

It is made in the United States with strict adherence to every regulatory law, statute , and under the focused procedures of trained professionals. There are companies with issues, kvk is not one of them.”
“I was a patient at Saint Cloud Hospital , same day surgical center for a breast cancer lumpectomy on 02.25.2022. All of my 6 direct care givers and the surgery staff gave excellent care. They explained everything to me and my husband, kept us updated, and the man who watched over me just after my surgery, as I came out of anesthesia even dried my tears and consoled me! “Walgreens Pharmacy has been and continues to be my 1st choice to fill prescriptions. Having 24/7 availability has been a valuable asset to the community, especially with the pandemic causing early closing times elsewhere.In a diverse environment & to date, I have never encounteted any type of negatively from other customers or employees. In fact, complete opposite.A welcoming “Hello”, helpful suggestions, money saving tips and friendly conversation are experiences that have me repeatedly coming back to Walgreens Pharmacy on W Division St in St. Cloud.I will continue to recommend this pharmacy.Lastly, a special ‘shout out’ to the Pharmacist, Ryan! His seemingly genuine concern & kind nature are rare gems in today’s world. I’m grateful to have crossed paths. He has reminded me, on numerous occasions, that there are still good people in place. “The staff at the Sam's Club in Saint Cloud are very friendly and extremely helpful. The couple of times I've had things go wrong, everyone has been very kind and accommodating. This is a far better experience than I have ever had at Costco (I've shopped at ones in Goleta, CA and Maple Grove, MN), where there are next to no staff, everyone is very inattentive and nobody wants to help you whatsoever. A good example of this is the returns process at Sam's Club versus the one at Costco. It's true that Costco has a very generous return policy, but at the Costco in Maple Grove, the service representative at the counter tried to shame me for returning things by saying, "you know, you're just being wasteful; we're going to throw all of this away." At Sam's Club, they've always taken returns I bring, no questions asked. Of particular interest to the Saint Cloud Sam's Club are the Country Hearth bread products, which I haven't been able to find at the Maple Grove Sam's Club! It could be that those products are actually made in Saint Cloud, but either way, I'm extremely happy about it. One deficit is that they don't stock certain sodas that I can get at the Maple Grove Sam's Club, but you can't have everything you want at one location, after all. They often have amazing sales, with mark-downs that make already-low-prices even lower, saving somebody like me (who has a very tight budget) quite a bit of money. Sam's Club is part of Walmart's corporate machine, which is well-known for being sleazy. However, unlike Costco, they don't go out of their way to hide it. While Costco may pay their employees $15 an hour, they have the same garbage practices that Sam's Club and Walmart do in other ways; when Sam's Club and Walmart built their new stores in Saint Cloud, they tore down an eagle preservation site. And when Costco built their new store, they tore down Heritage Park, which also acted as a preservation site. I'd rather shop with the corporation that doesn't pretend that its excrement doesn't stink, thank you very much.”
