Expect subpar service. Also be prepared to double check their work. I brought my car in for some collision repair last year. When I got it back, I had to take it back multiple times for paint runs on the edge of the hood that were very noticeable and pry tool damage on a big trim piece. Just had an inspection for hail damage and progressive agent commented that he could notice which panels were fixed before because it was one of the worst paint jobs he had ever seen. There were tons of fisheyes and trash in the paint. When I took it back to Peter's to address this, they admitted that their paint room is very dirty, but would correct this. When I got the car back this time, they clearly just tried to buff it out. It did not work as the trash in the paint is still there. I will be taking it back a third time now for the same issue.

Took my truck here for a inspection quote for what it would cost to get repaired for an auto collision my truck was involved it very friendly staff Rich was great to work with sent the quote to me through email in a timely manner that he said he would get it sent off to me. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Brought my car in for repairs thru an insurance claim and asked for an estimate on a noise my front end was making. They quoted me $1620 for a repair when the part cost $66 and it took 30 minutes to repair.Service: Body & Trim

Terrible place, I car my car and I took it here with them, and it has been the worst service I have ever had. They worked on my car and when they delivered it to me, the lines of the mold of my car were not correct, they did not work the paint well, they did not polish the marks on the body when they were sanding it, in the part of the doors you could tell when they applied pressure to fix the water that it had and they left uneven marks on the door I went several times for all this and in the end after about 4 or 5 months The paint was falling on the parts of the car that they painted and to finish it off, my car, which is new from the year 2022, began to make a strange noise. I took it to a dealer to have it checked and they told me that my car only had a few loose bumper screws that it was observed that they were only put in by hand and did not gouge them with any tool, I ended up paying the dealer $174 for the inspection and here is the proof, that because of PETER'S for not doing his job well, I ended up paying more... I WILL NEVER GO BACK WITH YOU AND I TOLD MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS SO THEY DON'T GO.

My car was rear-ended and sent here for repairs. After a month of repairs, I called 6 times to say that I could pick up the car but failed. When I finally picked up the car, I found that there were traces of hanging and it was not repaired. I really think this company Management chaos and poor sense of responsibility, will not come here again

They did great taking care of my baby (vehicle). They were done early as well. Anytime I had questions, they answered them quickly. They were all respectful and helpful.

Over the course of the last decade I've been to them three (3) times; two (2) major collision repairs,and one (1) less so. When my wife incurred this last "situation"-- a cracked right side mirror and broken cover-- after pricing it at dealer, and the least expensive Safelite "fix"... I went to Peter's. (I considered no other alternative, as prior good work begets more work.) Incidentally, the fellow I worked with -- Tom Skaja-- was particularly attentive.Services: Painting
