So disappointed. I was looking forward to getting the Chantilly Lace color I’ve heard so many great things about! But when I called to order it was met with the worse customer service I’ve ever received. The man on the phone was literally yelling at me, I guess because he felt I was requesting the wrong thing? As I tried to answer his questions as pleasantly as possible he continued to yell while saying “you walk through these doors & when you walk through the doors, I’LL ASK THE QUESTIONS AND TELL YOU WHAT YOU NEED” I turned my car around & went to Home Depot instead. Lol

Nothing but great things to say about Carl and the Paint Store & Moore who handled our custom roller shade install for our new home. We were referred by our designer and his pricing, install, knowledge and customer service were some of the best we had throughout our entire build. We love our roller shades and thank you Carl!

I went to the store to browse for wallpaper. The styles they had were various and beautiful. The store owner/manager was very friendly and treated me as a guest in the store.
