I brought my front rotors to be turned and the they messed up really bad resurfacing . I paid $50 to have done and the assist manager Aj was very unprofessional and rude when I was telling him the rotor was done wrong. Asked if he could help because i paid for the sirvice already and I brought my car to a mechanic shop and they told me O'Reilly did a bad resurfacing job. I will never again support O'Reilly they ripped me off

Just went in and causally asked for a product and the guy behind the counter looked at me like he was baffled I would ask for liqui moly at an auto parts store, then after I explained what it was because he looked soooooo confused he recommended a totally different product that doesn’t do anything similar. Just hiring anyone at the auto parts store where people who know about vehicles come and ask questions and order parts from people who don’t even know what your talking about is actually insane. Buying car parts from a kid who rides a peddle bike to work ?

Had a alternator I bought from a other orielys leave me stranded in st cloud. Stopped by Saturday at 8 a.m. to swap it out with a good one. AJ the assistant manager would not swap it out after it tested good on the machine. Alternator would fail after 15 minutes under load and he couldn't duplicate it. This was a orielys alternator with lifetime warranty.Installed bad one and made it 15 miles and yup, alternator died. Had a 3 hour 1 way trip with my wife too home.I'd never work with AJ EVER AGAIN.Moorhead orielys took it back no questions asked.He needs to be fired.

Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.
