They have a good selection of new and used furniture, knowledgeable sales staff that informed us about the quality and variation in the furniture on hand. Picked up a used task chair for my home office. It is in great condition for 60-65% off of list price. Yes I paid a little more for a chair than I might have at a box store, but it is a way better chair with features and longterm comfort the cheap ones can't match.

Called to see if they would be interested in some professional home office furniture I had for sale. Spoke to receptionist who I believe was named Jenny and daughter of previous owner I had dealt with. She explained Chris (owner) would have to call me back as he was not available, and that never happened. A couple days later I called again to follow up and same routine, and Chris never returned my call. I believe this is the son of the previous owner but nevertheless, I won't be doing business with them further, and any small business with a lack of attention to it's customers surely won't last in this rough economic climate.

I just had a meeting and tour of several ergonomic office solutions with Jeni and Greg. As a local Chiropractor, I see first hand the importance of proper posture and work station ergonomics. The knowledge they have as well as the products they offer allow a variety of options for any size work force and budget, would highly recommend them!
