I was kinda disappointed with the work, it seams as if they got into a rush and didn't pay attention to detail.
When we picked up the car they said they had inspected the car prior to us arriving, we trusted that they did what they said they did, well when we got home we noticed that the new bumper cover was not flush on both sides, it stuck out about 16th of an inch from the body panel,and on the other side there was a dent in new bumper cover. Inside my wife noticed the head liner was all wrinkled where they had to pull it down and there were marks on it too, previously the interior was flawless .
They noticed a paint line on the rear driver's side door frame. I must say They were VERY NICE AND POLITE and were more than willing to make everything right.
We had rented a car for about 5 days while they were working on it, the first time. They provided us with a loner vehicle while they corrected the problems

My wife was in an accident and I brought it to be repaired at Northstar Collision. I initially met Lance and then Gary. I’ve never been more impressed with a repair, communication, and care. The paint on this particular vehicle is a tri layer of base white, pearl, then clear. They absolutely nailed it. Thank you - will be back.

Northstar team led by Gary Lenzmeier performs excellent work. I have had several encounters with dented doors and scarred panels. The contours are restored and the paint blends seamlessly. I confidently recommend the top tier quality of workmanship and the good neighbor attitude towards customer service.

Quick to get in and repairs finished! Other body shops were booked out 3 months. Fair pricing as far as inline with other shops. Again, turnaround was key and they did it with excellent results! Give them a call! I'll be going back if ever needed!
