if i could give 0 stars i would!! i will NEVER leave my dog here again. i've been taking my aussie here since he was a puppy, and we've had a number of issues with this establishment. my dog is used to being taken out and walked around to use the bathroom and the first time i brought him here we discovered he wasn't going in the kennel space provided. the employee told me next time he comes to leave a note and they would take him out, so a few weeks later when i needed to board him again i made sure to let them know over the phone and while dropping him off that he needed to be taken out. when i picked him up over 12 HOURS later he immediately peed on the floor in their front lobby for a LONG TIME and his pee was very yellow and smelled foul. i decided to chalk it up to employee incompetence and give them another shot a few months later. this time i can assume that he has been taken to the bathroom because he didn't go right as i got there, though when his stuff was given back to me his food was untouched. i don't know if he was fed the food they have on hand, but i do not care. i sent 6 servings of food with him, and i told them he is to be fed 2-3 a cup 3 times a day. he was there for 5 meals and when i picked him up his food bag looked untouched. i measured as i put it away when we got home and there was still 6 servings in his bag. my dog was not fed properly. my husband came with to drop him off this last time for the first time ever and the first thing he said when we got back to our car was that the place looked like a complete dump. he's not wrong. these employees clearly do not care about our pets are are just doing the bare minimum to get by. simply disgusting. this company needs to do better.

My folks and I have boarded our dogs here several times and would be happy to do so going forward. They are reasonably priced, and the property is well maintained. Very friendly staff, too, they even accommodate my homemade dog food.

NC's has been taking care of my two dogs for years now. The staff has always been wonderful with myself and the dogs. You can tell they are pet people and love what they do. My dogs clearly love going they get excited just by pulling in the parking lot and know just where to go.

I have taken my dogs to other boarding places and this is the only place where they actually seem to enjoy being there. My dogs are so comfortable that they practically walk themselves to their room

Both my mom and I brought our dogs here last weekend. The staff were very friendly. They allowed us to bring our dogs back to their kennel when dropping off. They also allowed us to go to the back and grab them when picking them up. I loved the fact that the kennels are indoor/outdoor kennels. Prices were very reasonable!!! I will definitely bring my dogs here whenever I need them boarded.My only complaint is that they need a better outdoor sign because we were confused where the building was at first

They were able to get me in last minute which was awesome! The place did smell, but the people were friendly and boarding was cheap.

Poor dogs were in cages, looked STRESSED with how many other dogs barking around them.. I was not about to leave my babies there :/

I love this place i use to bring my dog here before he passed away and he loved it and everyone was amazing so when I saw they had cat boarding i decided to bring my cat here and they have been amazing with her and are more than happy to let me know how she is when I call to check up on her and you can't beat the price

Our family just LOVES NC's Doghouse! The staff are so kind and they take very good care of our pets. This is also easily the most affordable boarding facility in the area.

If i could give zero i would. DO NOT leave your animal here. Where do I begin, I portioned out all of his food for all the meals he would be there (so there would be no extras to take home) and once we picked him up there was a meal that was not given. It would have been fine If we picked him up in the morning however it was 3 IN THE AFTERNOON!! No one seemed to think that would be important to note. He was scavenging for food when we got him.I noticed a scab and red mark on his nose like his skin was scraped off. When I asked the lady what happened and she didn’t know, and blamed it on pushing his bowl around but a bowl pushing would not cause this. He has pushed bowls around at home but with the tip of his nose, not near the bridge.

I love NC's doghouse. They treat our dogs like family & we always know they are being very well cared for & loved while we are away. We have been going here for years & couldn't be happier with NCs!!!

They have taken good care of my dog repeatedly. He is kenneled there when I travel. The staff if very nice.
