This past week I was looking for a used vehicle and went to MTH St. Cloud to check what they had. I was met by a staff member that asked me a few questions and then said he would call Taylor. I met Taylor and began a wonderful experience with a very Knowledgeable sales rep. She was interested in what I was looking for in a vehicle. Went with me on a road test and answered my questions. Later that day my wife, Renee, and I went back to MTH and met with Taylor. Another road test with Renee driving this time. Went back and closed on a deal to purchase. Very favorable experience with Taylor and then an equal experience with Jorge, finance rep, Answered our questions, showed us options, and we never felt pressured in any aspect of the process. Great team at MTH, great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a no pressure sale process. I recently bought a Ford F-150 Lightning from MTH of St. Cloud, and the experience was top-notch. The truck I wanted was in transit, but Ryan, Jorge, and some other members of the team went above and beyond to help me pre-purchase (Ryan and Jorge even came in on their day off to help!).
When the truck arrived with a missing charging cord, Jorge quickly found a solution, and I was able to pick it up on time with everything running smoothly.
I’d definitely buy from this team again—they truly care about their customers. Thanks, team!

If you’re looking for a vehicle look no further than Taylor Duerr! She went above and beyond for my family and I to get us into our new vehicle ! After buying our last vehicle and having a horrible experience at another dealership, she really made this an amazing one. A shout out to the finance department and management as well for making the buying process so easy! We were able to walk in with all 4 of our kids and Buy a vehicle and we were blown away at the customer service but also the distractions for the kiddos! They had an indoor playset and arcade! Our 7 year old didn’t ask ONCE when we would be done ?
