My Yukon wouldn't start one morning. There was not even the sound of the starter trying to turn over, but the battery wasn't dead. I called Miller Auto Service and spoke with Dusty. I explained I had just had my starter replace the month prior at their shop, and now my vehicle wasn't starting. I had it towed to the dealership and within an hour, Dusty called to let me know the starter wire had not been properly connected when they replaced my starter. He said the dealership would cover the fix AND reimburse me for the tow. I was very impressed with the honesty and willingness to make it right!Dusty mentioned my rear seal was starting to leak, and that I would need to look at getting it fixed in the next couple of months. He said he would include the info in the notes so I would have a chance to look it over. In updating my contact info and the Yukon VIN, he discovered my vehicle was a certified pre-owned vehicle and fixing the rear seal was still covered under the warranty. He called me back to inform me about the warranty coverage on the seal AND he was going to be able to get it fixed on the same day so I wouldn't have to make another appointment. It was my lucky day!I know most women don't like going to service centers when they are having vehicle troubles. In general, we feel like we might get taken advantage of and told we need repairs we don't actually need. I can say with complete confidence that Miller Auto Service center has always treated me with respect and made me feel comfortable in every interaction. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Needed tires after I previously had an oil change at miller Buick GMC . They advised me I needed tires which is something I knew already. So we setup a time and date which is today 2-5 at11am . I have a gmc truck . I ordered 4 tires and a 4 wheel alignment. At 1: 15 after I asked how much longer and 8 people came and went . They informed me it would be another hour and would be done around 2:30!! I told them I have an appointment to get to an 3 1/2 hours to put tires on was unreasonable. He told me it was in the air already and to bad . I said he should have informed me this was going to take this amount of time ? He then stated everyone took their lunch breaks and that put then behind among other customers. I reminded him the polite thing would have been to talk to the customer before and after these issues arrive . He could have carried less.. So I will now drive to the Coon Rapids to get my vehicle serviced.

We bought a new Acadia Denali and had to set up a service call after driving the car off the lot. This service appointment was two weeks out from when we called. They repaired the ceiling panel but left grease marks on the ceiling panel from the repair. The sensor that they found was faulty. They put in for a replacement part but that part is said to have no estimated time for shipment. This left us with a car while purchased new, which has day-one sensor issues. There is still no estimated time for ensuring that this vehicle acts brand new even after nearly three months of ownership.

I brought my girlfriend's car in for an oil change & tire rotation appointment. Very nice location, I didn't get hounded by sales when looking at new cars on the floor, which was nice.Customer service was great too, and fast, & kept me updated on how long it would take. The young lady at the service desk did a fantastic job.They had fountain drinks & popcorn for the customers. I highly recommend this location.

Reached out about buying a new car from this location. -My first interaction was an automated message saying that nobody was available and to call back later. -Next interaction someone called me and was friendly enough asked what I was interested in. I told them I would like to check out a new Versa. They said they would contact me back about availability and hung up. -They called back a few hours later saying they wouldn't have a single one of those cars for me to try until two months from now. I don't know about the rest of you but when I'm buying a car it is typically for a reason and I don't have 1/6th of a year to wait. -Then they offered me an overpriced, high mileage, used car that was actually a thousand dollars more expensive than the new car. Most of the other Nissan locations also seemed like they didn't care about selling cars which was really strange because I could have sworn that is the business they were in. No thank you. I'll be going somewhere else.

Bought a Ford Taurus awhile back sales person was great... however the sales managers were rude not nice to work with. My family have bought multiple cars from there for years but and have not been back since 2015. Don't recommend

I purchase a car on Wednesday, it was so easy and comfortable. The sales team worked hard to find a car in my budget that was dependable and sporty. On Sunday of that same week I was starting to hear some annoying ringing from my AC fan, I reached out to my sales guy Garrett and he got back to me on a Sunday night. They then replaced the AC fan for free. What a great company and sales team.
