I get an oil change and tire rotation here about every 30-45 days, recently had tailgate recall and AC fixed, I have never had a bad experience.

Love the showroom. They have a great selection, and a great peace of mind with their powertrain warranty included with the newer vehicles.
We had an great experience here. We worked with Dylan, and let him know our budget (which fluctuated a ton...). He did everything he could to get us in a vehicle that fit our budget. Unfortunately, the Sales manager wasn't willing to make a deal with us.
We went back another weekend with an entirely new budget. As we were on our way out, he showed us another vehicle that we never considered in the first place. We instantly loved it and wanted to make a deal to drive it home that day. ...Again, the Sales manager didn't budge much at all. I said exactly what I wanted, but he just didn't want to make the sale. -- Dylan seemed to have been doing everything in his power to get closer to my desired price. He always seemed to be on our side. -- In the end, we ended up buying the same exact vehicle $3,500 less an hour away at a different dealership. (That had their own lifetime powertrain warranty)
I'm giving 5 stars because I truly believe the sales people are great here. They are easy to work with, and made the car shopping experience fun.
However, I would not want to work with the sales manager again. Both experiences with him was terrible.
Regardless. Pretty good experience.

I was in for an oil change and was there a short time or as long as it took for them to do the job. Fast and thorough which helped me get home and off to work.

I was having transmission problems, Emily did tell me it was going to take a while to get the part then to install it. I was fine with that, knowing what to expect and communicating with me makes all the difference and gives you peace of mind that they didn’t just forget about me. Thank you Emily and Jeremy!

My son Ezra recently purchased a truck from Miller Auto Plaza. From Erik the salesman, Nolan the service advisor, to Jaime the finace guy we were treated extremely well! The people that work at this dealership, in both sales and service, every single person I have interacted with has been amazing and gone above and beyond anything I would have ever expected. I can't say enough good things about this place. I feel like there isn't much they won't do to make, then keep their customers happy. I will never purchase a vehicle elsewhere and will recommend to everyone I know. Integrity can be hard to find in today's world but you will find it here.

Had my Silverado truck service completed, I had also requested them to find an oil leak, they found it, informed me as to what the problem was, expected completion time and cost of repair. I always have my work done here as I know they will complete repairs correctly and in a timely manner. And I was not disappointed this time either, repairs completed as they said it would and at the cost they quoted me before I agreed. Well done !!! Very satisfied and will continue having my truck service done here.

Jeremy was very kind during a difficult unexpected situation I was dealing with, Doug the shuttle driver was so friendly and I enjoyed chatting with him, Emily the cashier was sweet. Everyone was professional, helpful, and cared about helping me. I was impressed with the customer service which is a tough thing to find these days.
