I've had a couple of vehicle's serviced by Miller Auto Body and they always manage to knock it out of the park! They have super friendly staff and they perform high quality repairs. Miller Auto Body will always be my first choice for any body repairs I need. Thank you!

part 2 of liz boisjolie review due to character limitthe manager happened to be the person i had initally talked to about the shaking problem. he apologized and said they would be taking it over to diagnose it further. great, i was ready to be done with this. i just wanted my car back.the next day the manager calls to tell me that the other repair team says the same thing, that it's my tires. he keeps repeating he is just staing the facts of the car. regardless of the multiple other facts, that there has not been an issue until now. i keep explaining that i am not upset and i understand mistakes happen. that while it may have been a cosmetic job, that doesn't change the fact that we are humans and the non cosmetic parts of my car were still there. and i am largely ignored. so i ask, when i can afford to change my tires in a few weeks, and the issue persists, how are you going to fix it? he told me that miller stands behind everything they do. so i said i don't believe you, your track record speaks to otherwise, when can i get my car? he told me he would call me in a few hours when it was ready.that was at about 10:40ish in the morning. 4:30 rolls around and i know they close in an hour and i just want to know if it will be today or tomorrow so i call the managers line back and leave a voicemail. a little after 5, i decide to call the general line and the receptionist happily says my car is there and will get the manager for me, without prompt. he asked how i was doing, and at this point i said im honestly not doing great, this has been an unnecessarily difficult and frustrating process and i would just like to get my car. he said he personally drove it over and confirmed the shaking of the wheel stopped after they did a tire rotation. he made sure to remind me that i needed to buy a new tire. i thanked him for this awesome experience and drove to get my car.i truly wish it ended there but driving home i noticed the wheel did stop shaking but after stopping my car would j*** forward. it feels like its struggling or overworking something? so after stopping, it will lurch forward and shakes a lot. it seems the new issue is that my car is having troubles idling.once it gets fixed and we identify where the problem came from, i will have an update :)the cosmetic fixes were great, but if you have any issues during your time here, expect to not be heard, to be talked over, for facts to be shaped in their favor, and to be gaslit to cover their liabilities.Service: Body & Trim

They did the repair work on my Lincoln after my accident on the morning of February 21st. It looks fantastic! I think it drives good as new and I'm beyond pleased with the work preformed by them! They worked with State Farm and I didn't hear a word. It was all handled and I didn't have to get involved at all. A++ Service

My car has been repaired fine here before through my insurance company, but this time my car just wanted to get an appraisal first and pay for the repair myself, the rear light was just a cracked housing, but their crew unplugged my rear light The power cord, disabled my rear light, such a disgraceful act, I will never go there to fix my car again

Someone hit my front left fender and I was in panic mode. In all my years I've never been in an accident before. I went to Miller on a friends suggestion and it was the very best experience. They were kind to a panicked lady and was able to fix my car while I was on vacation so I didn't need a loaner. Not only did they fix my car back to pristine condition...she hadn't had a ding on her before the accident...but the washed her and detailed her inside...something I didn't expect. As soon as I was back from my trip I took her for a ride....missed my girl....and it felt so good not to see the damage the wreck had caused anymore. I waited a whole month to get her into Millers because frankly they're the best around and several people recommended them....and now I'm a believer too. Thank you Miller Auto Body! The repair work was good after hitting a deer, however we picked up the car and it unfortunately had hail damage all over it. So back we go to have it repaired again. Hope our insurance doesnt drop us

While I was serving one of my clients inside their home - some lady ended up smashing into my front driver's side door and beyond. After the lady's insurance claimed liability they sent me to Miller Auto Body.Although I was skeptical upon going in (given their relationship with the insurance company) - they were nothing but helpful and upfront about their process and what needed to be done. During my initial estimate the evaluator was certain enough to ask questions in regards to the damage to build a clear understanding of what was needing to be remedied versus what I felt was likely preexisting damage... and for living in the St. Cloud area my vehicle did not enter the evaluation in pristine condition.Scheduling the work to be done took a bit of patience, as they seemingly had a full schedule already... but once it was time for the work to be done they accepted the vehicle and started to get to work. When i called to verify progress prior to when it was due - they did state that it was not on schedule and prepared me for my car's extended stay. I had to work with the insurance company and rental company to ensure things were covered - but otherwise, this hiccup wasn't any big issue.The work did take a week longer than initially planned - however they were able to ensure that I received updates in regards to the date it would likely be finished. I did call a few times for confirmation of the process myself - as I was mitigating a rental situation and missed my little basic vehicle. Every point of contact was professional and I was given the information needed to understand where I was at in the process.After receiving my car I think the work Miller Auto Body and their crew did is exceptional... the repairs now make the rest of my vehicle look a bit dated, but that's not their fault. The vehicle's electronics they had to repair function as intended, the aerodynamics of the vehicle have returned, and the alignment seems spot-on. They went a bit above and beyond as well, as the vehicle returned seemingly shampooed and cleaned a bit in the interior, many thanks for the above-and-beyond!I'm happy with the service received, appreciative of the work involved, and am grateful it was covered under insurance and I didn't spend a nickel on the work done. They were not able to install new rims on my vehicle, guaranteed a check by mail for new ones given my were not original, and I'm still waiting for that... but it hasn't been too long since receiving service and the holidays just passed... so I'll be watching for that. Upon my departure they did state their work is basically lifetime guaranteed (I'm sure conditions and terms apply). I haven't washed the vehicle yet - but will test their work in those regards later and follow-up if ever needed... but I doubt I'll need to!I have no major concerns in regards to Miller Auto Body, think they do good work, and know that they are friendly and professional.Many thanks to you all for the work you did - and I hope the best for you all in the future!Services: Electrical

Can’t complain about the work. That part as far as I can tell is good. Communication sucks. The only time I ever found out what was happening with my vehicle is if I called them. Even on the days they said it’s going to be ready, I had to call them to find out it wasn’t ready, instead of them calling me. Had to change the rental return date 3 times cause it kept getting dragged out for parts that really didn’t need to be replaced. Cracked the passenger corner and broke the headlight when I hit a deer. They replaced the whole from end, grill and all. I understand it’s an insurance job so doesn’t come out of my pocket but it’s my vehicle sitting in the shop waiting for parts that don’t need to be replaced and I can’t use it. Massive difference going from a suburban to a tiny rental for a month on a 1200 mile road trip with 2 car seats, a dog and all your luggage.
