RE: Thanks to Patrick; Framing Mgr.My mom had a special Christmas gift/project that she asked my help on. I located the Walnet Hollow™ Elongated Basswood Country Round™ 6 Pack, but I needed a little more information so I called the store. Patrick received my call, and took the extra steps to confirm inventory and make a few measurements. His actions were helpful. Because he was willing to confirm inventory, and dimensions, and a few other things over the phone, I chose to do business with Michels; $415 online purchase. As I am learning to paint, I needed 'Medium' for acrylics. I entered the store and was helped first thing by a nice tall man who led me right to the item I needed. Seeing all the frames on sale, I made a note to come back and buy some for my paintings. As I passed the pen selection, I grabbed 5 different tipped pens for Illistrations I'm working on for a children's book. I'm excited to see which ones I like best!

So small. Aisles are so full, you cannot get 2 people through at the same time. Employees are nice though.
