It was really my worst experience, this store steals, I went to pay someone's line, but the line never arrived, again I went to the store they charged me again and told me that my previous payment would be refunded, I ended up losing my money in The money never arrived in my account, be careful with this company.

I brought a phone in to get unlocked from AT&T for a friend to use, he was given a different phone to use in the meantime. I went back to check the status and he said he was unable to unlock it from AT&T. I asked for my phone back he said it was at another facility and to come back in a couple days. Went back and they said they couldn’t find it. It was a Samsung Galaxy S32 5G.
I also had returned a home internet router from T-Mobile and he said he’d return it for me, he did not as I found out when I wanted to return to T-Mobile again. They wanted to charge me $250 for a non return fee. I had to get the router back and bring it T-Mobile for them to return and waive the non return fee before I could get service. Luckily he could find it so I could return it and not have to pay the $250.
I’m never going to deal with T-Mobile by PCS metro ever again. That guy is crooked and sneaky. POS!!

These my boys in here lol! I love love love them, one thing about them, they are going to getter done! Lol. The customer service is always amazing, they take their time to ensure they get you the best deals for your bucks. They have great communication, always willing to help! They are great at explaining things to help you better understand. The atmosphere is always good there and they work good together as a team!

Called the store but no one picked up.. they can at least answer the phone and ask to hold, not sure what standards are they working with being owned by T Mobile..
