My only complaint which to me is a big deal since I absolutly LOVE your smoothies is literally every single time I get a smoothie at this specific location for the past many, many, many months the plastic cups ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS has a slice down the side getting smoothie everywhere. You would think it would get better / fixed. I even quit getting smoothies there until I tried again today after couple weeks and low and behold smoothie everywhere on my desk at work. I never have a problem at the Milaca Kwik Trip when I swing in there they are by far the best.

This is three times I've come into eat something hot a little bit after 9:00 and the cupboards are bare and nobody even says well we can make you something. Today I made a comment pretty much wiped out and all she says yep and walks away for me.

Rewards program has been down for days, yet they have left all the rewards tags up. So you go collect all these items assuming you are getting a gas discount, and instead you just get the option of paying full price or putting the items back. Pretty shameful they wont pull the rewards tags down even though they are not processing them currently. This is a good time to let folks know to use the Upside App at other gas stations around town to save around $.40 cents a gallon over kwik trips prices, especially if they are essentially scamming folks by having tags indicating a gas discount, but unless you read their liter tiny sideways signs that say rewards are down, you aren't made aware. They sure make you aware of their loyalty programs when they work, but go silent when they don't.

Amazed daily how many sincerely nice people they find to work at all their locations. Didn't realize this many existed! Employee attitudes say so much about a company, and it shows that Kwik Trip values their employees. Happy employees= happy customers = increased profits= happy investors, etc... the world would be a better place if Kwik Trip were president!!
