I'll never stop this location, imagine 34 hours reset got towed my truck had to pay $1500 in less then 34 hours. They don't even call your company,or put on warning sticker, just let to you know that if you park here stay in your truck otherwise no mercy.

I got a propane refill a couple nights ago and found out yesterday that it was an empty one. I wasn't even going to complain. I was just going to take the loss. The sweet girl working came to do my new exchange and I was telling her about it and she ended up giving me a refund. It completely made my night. I never have problems at this Kwik Trip and I HIGHLY recommend it! Great staff!

Had a rough experience with one of the male cashiers a few minutes ago. To the first 2 customers before me and to me, the second one of us would walk up he would quickly take the merchandise and ask loudly "Is this it for you?!" I gave him a look and started to ask for a car wash. Had to speak twice to ask that question because he interrupted to ask me the same abrupt question again. I said, "You know, that's one heck of a way to say hi, how are you to a customer." With zero apology, he condescendingly flipped a switch and tried to act "friendly" and loud/proud with his service questions.
I'm normally nice to service workers because I've done food work, gas station work, and retail work. But it was disrespectful of him to do that and out of character from my normal Kwik Trip experience. None of his coworkers stepped in. Just because you have a line doesn't mean you get to treat customers like cattle to herd along. Try a polite greeting and instead a "Is there anything else I may help you with?"

We love Kwik Trips. Never visited a disappointing location yet. All of them are very well stocked, with great deals, great coffee, and great employees. Always clean. We travel the U.S. for work, and we have enjoyed stopping to shop and freshen up at Kwik Trip. Love the rewards card, too.

What an absolutely completely horrible store!!!Bathroom was awful, dirty the trash cans overfilled and spilling over, soap dispensers was empty, trash cans outside overfilled, store shelves maybe 40% full coolers empty.And the worst part is when I finally found something to purchase I stood in line for about 9 minutes with four other people and no one was at the cashier. I think it's about time to close the store down.This will be the last time I visited the store.
