The Asian guy there is a scammer, went in for a bag of tobacco and since I was using my card he says $15 minimum. So I left and had my girl go in for the same thing but a smaller bag and he tells her $5 minimum

Very bad customer service, asked the asian guy at the counter to show me some options for e-cigarettes and he said he dont know about anything and I can go pick myself whatever I wanted. Lol ?

I have been here a few times, but very disappointed and will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. I bought a loon virgina vape that didnt work at all and they refused to exchange it. Not good customer service in my opinion.

Staff are friendly and standing by to assist. They have a lot of Loon flavors to choose from and have always had my flavor in stock. Wish they had a rewards system though, like many other tobacco shops do.
