Jill was awesome to work with. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She answered all my questions and didn't pressure me. She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed to make my decision and even looked up warranty info from a previous purchase. This was the second appliance I purchased from Karl's in 4 years and I will definitely return again in the future. They have good prices, selection and wonderful employees!

Bought a new house a little over a year ago all appliances came from Karl's. We are having issues with our gas stove and called multiple times for service. They never got back to us until after the one year warranty was up and now want to change for the service. If you need service within the warranty period email them so you have documentation of trying to reach them before the warranty expires.

Build a new home. Had to use Karl's paid more for "superior" appliances. Well wash machine leaks, like a lot, they come out and don't bother calling and getting any details. "Nothing wrong with it" well yes there is still leaks and ruins the floor underneath. House less than a year old. My recommendation is find someplace else. I am sure someone else sells "superior" appliances. Update: there customer service brings them down to a 1 star. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for appliances. They are crooks!!

When our fridge started its slow and annoying death we knew we didn't have a lot of time to get a new one. We tried shopping online and in the St. Cloud area and felt underwhelmed with the lack of options and customer service.
A friend suggested we look at Karl's and I'm so glad we did! Not only were we greeted immediately when we walked through the door, we were impressed with the wide selection of options. The staff (especially Toni) was knowledgeable and asked the right questions to understand what we needed and what would fit best in our home. She helped us understand the different brands and options and feel comfortable with our decision to purchase. She and Patty and went above and beyond to help us get a fridge delivered quickly.
We are extremely impressed with Karl's customer service and experience.

Excellent customer service from picking your appliances to delivery and everything in-between! We did a whole house, and with so many choices, it was great to have Toni's advice and knowledge!

Our sales person was wonderful. Toni helped us to find the right appliances for our kitchen remodel. She gave us options explaining the benefits and pricing of each so that we could make a decision. Let me first say how pleased I am
with the salesman Nate he helped me considerably with great pics on my new appliances. And second of all I want to say how very pleased I was with the installers of the appliances that I purchased from Karls appliance Eric and Cody we’re very courteous and hard-working. I would highly recommend Karls Appliances for your purchase of new appliances.

Update: After a month + and a complaint to the corporate office, the washer and dryer is installed correctly. Updated from 1 star to 3 stars.
Over a month later I am still waiting on them to finish the installation of my washer and dryer. The service rep has called two separate times at 10:00 or 11:00 in the morning and asking me to be home within a couple hours so he can finish the installation. I arranged for a time to meet him and then he is a no call no show not once but twice.

We purchased a refrigerator and wall oven from salesman, Lane. We had no problems with the sale or delivery. When we called back for a repair 4 months later we were told Karl's no longer does service in our area and we should call the manufacturer. We are only 37 miles away.
Zero stars for service after the sale. We would have been better off buying from a big box store and saved a ton of money.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Horrible service, being sent bill for service never provided. Won’t answer phone calls or call back, for service on fixing appliances. Do not recommend to anyone!!!

We worked with Toni Honer to purchase a washer and dryer. The service she provided was outstanding. She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! She followed up with us after the sale to provide all the rebate info we needed and after having trouble submitting the rebate she took care of it for us. Some of the best customer service we have received from start to finish! Thank you Toni and Karls Appliance! Also want to mention the excellent delivery service as well. Couldn’t have had a better experience purchasing appliances!!
