I used to live in the area about 20 years ago and am now traveling back through. On the plus side the sales and associates have been really great. But this store desperately needs a remodel or make over. It is really showing its age.

Girl up front tried very hard to help me, A+ and 5 stars to her, I was short 1 skein of yarn for my near finished project purchased at this store. She scanned to see 6 were in stock but not on the shelves. Girl checking boxes to find, when a manager approached, with her coat and keys to leave to tell her not to search for me. Really? I explained it was an hour drive for me to get same dye lot and obviously this manager did not care. Poor leadership at this store. Maybe they should make the gal that tried to help me the new manager, just saying...

Well I had an online order I picked up 12/30 as curbside. Usually have no problem. And yet today, she was coming out as I was pulling up and all she did as I stopped was throw my stuff my my window and turn around and walk away saying welcome. No hi or smile or friendly customer service. My 5 year old daughter even said she was really rude to me. Usually you don't throw stuff into someone vehicle window instead of handing it to them when their arm is out to grab it. Probably the worst service I've received from this store. I get bad days but still. And the fact it happens in front of my 5 year old makes me even more mad.

2/3 of the staff are completely useless. Apparently I broke one of the staff members brains by asking her a question about where something was. She walked for a bit and then mumbled and never came back. Apparently something shiny or bright got her attention and she completely forgot about the whole point of her searching.
