Everyone at J.F Kruse is so supportive! They custom built my ring and ordered it for me twice because I couldn’t get approved the first time around!! Kyle and Lisa were so friendly and helpful with my jewelry needs and the jeweler that repaired my beautiful Hawaiian heirloom necklace did a fantastic job. And they were able to get it done faster than expected. I will definitely come to J.F. Kruse for all of my jewelry needs!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I was assisted by Elizabeth and she helped me find the exact bracelet that I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my special order got to the store, I was told two of weeks and it was only a couple of days! The prices are reasonable, I was able to find exactly what I wanted under budget! I would definitely recommend them!

I wanted my engagement ring to personalized and have a different band. Melissa was able to help customize my wedding band to have more diamonds and also be a one of a kind ring. JF Kruse did an amazing job!!

Had an amazing experience shopping for an engagement ring. Lisa was very knowledgeable and very patient.
