I have asked repeatedly to quit sales calling me and warned them of harassment. They have done nothing to rectify the situation and continue to call. This is a horrible company to do business with. Definitely look elsewhere for the items you need or risk constant calls even after your purchase to sell you more extremely overpriced items!!!

Terribly unprofessional employees. DO NOT COME HERE!! We went in 2 weeks ago picked out our sofa, signed our paper, and scheduled a delivery date. A week later they tell us it can’t be delivered because of lack of drivers. On the next delivery day..they tell us our paper work has been finished and we need to come in. We come and sign and ONCE WE LEAVE THE STORE and call THEM back to double check some things, they inform us that the sofa we picked 2WEEKS AGO was sold and delivered to someone else. COMPLETE WASTE IF TIME AND TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE!!

I have had bad service with home choice from day one. They do not communicate well at all. They are going to be coming and get my stuff... Thank God they are cause than I do not owe them anymore. I advise not to go with home choice.

It's pretty upsetting when you drive across town, to pay your bill and you watch them shut the open sign and lock the door as you get out of your vehicle. They are supposed to be open until 7pm. Not 619. Once my stuff is paid off, I will not return.

Great place to buy furniture Tom is the bomb.he takes the time to talk to people and he gets to know his clients. The delivery guy is also very nice and he gets his job done to. I would reccomi I would recommend people to go purchase furniture there.

Horrible customer service. We had our couches delivered for the first time and their guys damaged our couches. A year later i had my couches sent in for repair and when they delivered them again they returned them all scuffed up and refused to fix them. We are paying warranty that is supposed to cover wear and tear and all they wanted to offer was a 140$ discount from our bill. I was not content with that answer since warranty is expensive. They told me to email them pictures so they can see what else they can do. They never called back.. i gave them a bit of time to figure out things and they lied that i was okay with the discount. If i would of been okay with that I wouldn’t have wasted my time emailing them the pictures. I had another issue with a table set we bought from home choice back in November when we received one of the chairs was broken. I called right away and was told i would get a replacement. I allowed three weeks to go by and no chair. I called again and turns out they never ordered the chair. It’s now mid February and still no chair…note:my couches had 0 scuffs when they left my house. Only scuff made was from them the first time by their delivery drivers. And then again all over both couches the second time.

I authorized a payment to come out of my account and they took way more then was authorized and then told me “oh well we will just apply it to the next payment “ um no that’s theft you can’t just take what you want from somebody.. horrible customer service

Service was impeccable! Upfront and honest about products and payments! The store itself is a little disorganized and jam packed with inventory but the options are plentiful. The one thing I wanted they didn't have but I was able to find another item suitable for my needs.
