Went there for an area rug, I walked by quite a few people that looked like they worked there and I was super confused because none of them wanted to help me or even say hi or smile or anything! Made me feel super out of place so I left. I used to love this place. Bummed out over it a little bit.

Hennen's is the only place to shop in Central Minnesota for a great selection of furniture and mattress brands. I've experienced top notch customer service every time I've purchased from them. Great family owned business!

Hennens Furniture gave us an exceptional experience. We had two very specific pieces we wanted, not carried by most stores. Heidi, who is a rock star, found the pieces and ordered them for us at a price lower than other stores. They came in 2 weeks earlier than expected, which was great.Hennes knows how to treat customer and build relationships.We are so pleased we with whole experience, we will be customers for life. Haven't shopped for furniture in forever, not realizing everything has to be ordered. However, this was my last stop for a nice couch, reasonably priced. Not only did they have what I was looking for, the sale was a wonderful surprise, and yes, I was able to take the couch home and not wait 9-12 weeks. This should have been my FIRST stop! Thanks for the best purchase ever!!

We bought two mattresses at Hennen’s in Alexandria. Bobbi was great to work with and was patient as we sorted out which mattress worked for us. Service was excellent by everyone at Hennen’s.

Quality furniture. We bought a couch and recliner 3 years ago. We have been very satisfied. Now we needed a bed. My husband loved his old hard as a rock bed, but my back had started hurting for no reason. We bought a very firm quality bed. My backaches have gone away. My only complaint is the extended warranty I bought through Hennen's from a 3rd party. What a waste of $. Seal came out on a 4 in section of our couch. Called the warranty company and they are less than helpful. Turn you around so much you finally give up. I gave up and brought in that section of the couch and had it re-stuffed and the seam sewn. It was in 2 days during hunting season even. Cost me only $30.
