The foot locket at crossroad mall in Saint Cloud Mn has the worst customer service I have ever seen. It’s appalling how much trouble a person has to go through to get their rights heard. The people at this foot locker, especially the two managers don’t know how to do their job and act unprofessionally against customers. I recently ordered UGGs from Foot locker on 1/10/24. I paid my full amount that day and was told to track my order online and it will be shipped to the store to get picked up. I tracked my order and on 1/16/24 there was an update mentioning the order was shipped back to the warehouse. So I go into the Foot locker store and ask if my shoes arrived. The Manager (Daylan or something ) who helped me that day order was there and said “There’s no Order number or phone that’s is coming up and to call the customer service to get a refund on the order and it’s not at the facility” so I called customer service and was told “shipment was send back to warehouse because address was incorrect to get a refund you will need to go in the store and they will be able to refund me”. So I go to the store and the manger is there and explained what happened when I called customer service, he did not even try to understand what happened and said “you got a bad customer service representative she doesn’t know what she means only they can refund you” . So I call again customer service and was told the same thing again and I go back to footlocker and is told the same thing. So now I have no shoes or Money and no one wants to help me. I had to leave with nothing and contacted the mall cop who understood everything and was polite to give me directions on what I can do and also the shoe departments next to foot locker who was shocked on the incident. I was faced with people who have no idea on what they can do and with zero customers service skills. Yet no shoes or money in my hand 01/16/24 . Went back the next day and was met with another manager named Briannna who was even more rude and refunded me but added “Meet me outside @8pm to fight “ whole place filled with ghetto people who can’t do customer service find another job if your life is miserable!!!

Wouldn't let us return a pair of black air forces.. lady came to assist us and told us she couldn't even take them back because there was a tiny crease in them and told us there was a few dog hairs in the insoles we could have picked out by hand and she still told us she couldn't take them back... DO BETTER FOOT LOCKER.. and I will be contacting corporate

The worst customer service I've ever had the male staff that work there were rude and disgusting ? I will never go there again I remember years ago were you were greeted and asked how they can help you now you have to look for them wile there hanging out talking amongst them self seeing customers fend for them selves and when I aproched them there body and facial expression were like they didn't evenwanted to workthey would look at each other like who's going to do it it was the worst experience ever I ended up flipping out and walking out after getting into a argument with the so called maneger it's sad to see a store like this go under ground with those kind of employees they make the store look back and the rest of the customers ended up following me to finish line were we all were treated like we matterd I'm so disappointed in foot locker .

I was a customer for the last 7 years, but not coming back, one tall black guy with dread hair don't know how to treat customers, he didn't wanna me to reach out to his boss, he acted like he is the owner of the business.
