So today I'm supposed to get a package from fedex and I'm Beyond Disgusted with fedex they have changed the time like 3 or 4 different times today and then me and my boyfriend saw three different fedex people walk by my apartment complex and I'm yet to receive my package. I'm NEVER GOING TO HAVE THINGS BE DELIVERED THROUGH FEDEX EVER AGAIN

Twice now I've had a fed-ex driver damage my driveway or yard. This time the driver pulled out my stakes that I had blocking my second driveway so he didn't have to back out, in turn rutting up my the driveway that was blocked by the stakes he removed. The Saint cloud location must hire the dumbest people to deliver packages as this obviously a reoccurring problem.

This facility saved me $1000+ on a return for a phone that was delivered and reported as not delivered. I needed proof of a delivery on a return and I didn't have a tracking number. Their policy states they don't keep records past 30 days but they scraped the barrel on the date of my shipment and found it for me. I can't thank these people enough. I wish them the best and that they get promotions ASAP.

My package was literally just thrown on my porch a few minutes ago. It was a fragile item. Being in a rush doesn't justify throwing people's packages!

Had to drive 40 miles one way to pick up package they couldn’t get delivered. Happened twice. Worst carrier service ??

I had to come in to pick up an expedited package that missed the delivery truck. The staff was very friendly and quick to locate the package and get me on my way.

Our Delivery Drivers are great. The owner and Management are worthless and LAZY. They give the workers poor, outdated, and broken trucks and equipment. Zero accountability, they take Zero responsibility, and there is Zero recourse for any of it.. if my work didn’t have a national account, we would be DONE with them… drivers are constantly late due to broken down trucks..

Very irritating. Says my package is late due to weather but it’s sunny skies and clear roads. It says they tried deliver twice but couldn’t due to the weather and I called and they were absolutely no help. Sucks when you run a business and can’t get your materials on time.

Never a good experience. I live in downtown St. Cloud above a store and have experienced the following: they either fail to ring to buzzer and leave the package on the main walking sidewalk (always to be stolen), fail to ring the doorbell because they don’t actually “attempt” the delivery like the tracking history shows because they didn’t even show up to attempt it, or they make an excuse to delay the package. I have had very few good transactions with them. Drivers exhibit carelessness and will explicitly notate false details of a route - This is a patterned issue for FedEx and FedEx alone. FedEx must either set their standards too low to give room for laziness or have the bar too high to make cutting corners a must - regardless, it’s clear to be a hiring, training, and systemic issue with this company.Also, it’s near impossible to reach a local rep for information! It’s just always a challenge.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from Verizon with fed ex delivering, and the 2nd time they delivered to the wrong building. Had the owner of the building look to see if the package was there and somebody stole it again!! Such a hassle to deal with getting a reship. Funny thing is, I can put my address in and it pinpoints my building.
