The worst customer service I have ever seen, specially the Saturday's lady. Her attitude was so rude, her eyes like asking you 'don't come back here again!'. She never tried to see what my problem was, all she said was "I can't help you. Is there anything I can help you with?" I needed help for lost package.

I drove 40 minutes to ship a package and arrived at 6:50 pm. This FedEx location had hours until 7:00 pm. The doors were locked and the lights off. There was an employee inside that ignored me when I knocked on the door. Frustrating as I will need to return tomorrow. Waste of time and gas. Beware of hours...may not be as advertised.

After 10 minutes of email correspondence, I was confident my project would look great in both letter size and laminated poster board. I worked with Jacki who answered all my questions and was able to provide different pricing in an incredibly prompt manner. Highly recommend for printing projects.

The 2 ladies working this store on Saturdays are very rude. All I needed was to return a box that I purchased from them and they said they couldn't . The point is that the customer service was horrible their attitudes were not professional and unfortunately for Fed x they have lost a loyal customer.

The women who work at this FedEx are incredible! I have been here twice within the last couple of months. I was ordering customs printouts for some work I was doing. Both times the process was SO fast and so well done. These ladies were super nice, super authentic, super capable and I would hire any of them any day.

So today I'm supposed to get a package from fedex and I'm Beyond Disgusted with fedex they have changed the time like 3 or 4 different times today and then me and my boyfriend saw three different fedex people walk by my apartment complex and I'm yet to receive my package. I'm NEVER GOING TO HAVE THINGS BE DELIVERED THROUGH FEDEX EVER AGAIN

I use their printing services frequently. Susan provides expeptional customer service. There was a mistake with my order, with holes punched in wrong direction. She quickly had them reprinted, with holes punched and called me within an hour for pick up. She also spent time providing some tips to make ordering in the future more convenient to save me time and effort. Her manner was so positive and upbeat! She never made me feel like I was asking to many questions!

Had a problem getting a return shipping label from a company yesterday. There is a young man that helped 2 old ladies that can't run their phones well. He was great help and just wanted to acknowledge his fine service. Thanks buddy for the help from your grey haired ladies.

Easy enough to fax stuff when you need to. Kind of ridiculous as far as prices go but you can get done what you need to do, and be sure it was done right.

Terrible. I ran my tail off to arrive to the store by 6 PM. Published closing is 6pm. I arrived at 5:48 PM. She told me she’s already logged out of her computer so she couldn’t help me. Really really poor service. Seriously you just log onto your computer again. Just plain lazy!!

Do not mail anything fragile or important from this spot in St. Cloud. I work nearby and have seen them literally throwing packages into the back of the trucks. Maybe they aren't being paid enough, I don't know. But I've had things show up at their destination broken when I use Fed Ex here. Do not trust.
