“I pay for good customer service. That is why, even though I am low income, I pay for an account here, they have amazing customer service. I am disabled due to anxiety and I am also Autistic. I prefer to have a person handle my transactions, because I can ask questions if I am confused or worried about something and they are always helpful. Going to the counter is like wrapping up in my favorite blanket. My only issue is, lately, they keep pushing me to use the ATM instead of the counter. I shouldn't have to do no thank you more than once. I understand offering it, but don't try to convince me, otherwise you are just adding another anxiety when I come in, "am I going to have to justify my disability and my anxiety just to use the counter?" Even still though, this is my favorite banking establishment I have ever worked with.”
“My car got broken into and I needed to close an account. I was at the bank early, on veterans day, but they weren't open yet. Someone asked if I needed help, I explained what happened, they found kinsey to help. She came outside to my vehicle in the freezing cold to get me as the doors were still locked. She directed me to Sherri to help close and open accounts, even verified that my debit cards would still work. Multiple people going above and beyond for me. The service was incredible, above all expectations, and greatly appreciated.”

“This bank was easy to set up trust account, but it was complex and the bank had to go through a lot of steps and they had to built a profile and they had to go through a lot of steps so if you do set up a trust account with this bank, please make sure they have all the documents correct and make sure you have all the information correct so when you go to this bank, you have no issues 100% it was not easy to set up the trust but they were really helpful and they got it taken care of Huntington Bank and make sure you have a tax payer ID number or you won’t be able to set up a trust accounts”
