“If you have a spare Television in your lobby or office. Put it to work. A black screen is useless. World Wide Audio Media has the technology to display digital advertising on that screen. Promote upcoming events, share "Did You Know" Information, keep your customers informed. Super powerful display advertising and I highly recommend WWAM. They also produce very professional on-Hold Systems. Plug it into your phone and you are set. When customers call in and need to be placed on hold, instead of boring elevator music, customers now have the ability to be informed about upcoming events and promotions. Then they are encouraged to ask about the promotion when connected again. Cool marketing products that are easy to implement and produce results.”

Unfortunately the phone I got is a lemon that has nothing to do with any other assistance I have recieved from cricket I am hoping for a good resolution for my phone and switching it out so I will leave more after I have my customer service resolution”

“Today, I had an appointment for my iPhone broken glass which was supposed to be 30 minute. It turned out into 3 hours because of this stupid policy that Apple has. I was frustrated and exhausted, but shoutout to best buy staff and Apple Booth staff who helped me for that whole time(Trey and Destiny) BestBuy actually need to give them a raise because I never received that kind of friendly and supportive assistance ever from the customers support. They even called Costco and other carrier companies to provide alternate options for me. Even though my problem was not resolved, thank you so much to those staff who helped me and gave directions.”
