Overall I was really satisfied with the job they did on my vehicle. The only improvement I would suggest is better timing but I wasn't upset spending the day waiting for my vehicle as I had nothing better to do. Their friendly service was excellent and very professional. I enjoyed having my service rep follow up with me from time to time on the progress of my vehicle.

Brandon was quick to get back to us. No pressure at all, just wanted us to get the best service and car we could get. We asked for an extra long test drive, we didn't want to make a snap decision. I had never visited Don Robinson Mitsubishi before this month, but after the experience we’ve had with them I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else in town for my vehicle needs! Dan the sales associate who helped us is knowledgeable and cared about us getting the right vehicle for the right price. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t make a promise he couldn’t keep. We came in for one vehicle and left in something better! Then, when it came to get some work done on the vehicle (getting a tow package installed and getting a window fixed) the service team was fast, attentive to our needs, and went the extra mile every single time! Don Robinson Mitsubishi is not the biggest car lot in St. Cloud, but they are definitely the ones we’ve had the best experience with and I am so grateful that we have had the opportunity to work with them!

I had a very pleasant experience at Don Robinson when i was looking for a car! As i was walking into the dealerahip One of the salesmen (Brandon L) also was going in & he politely asked if i had been helped yet & i said not yet so he held the door for me & we went to a table & sat down & long story short i did buy a car that day! Brandon was very professional & polite & the sale went very smooth & i drove away in my new car with a big smile on my face! Thank you Brandon L for the pleasant experience at Don Robinson car dealership! 5 stars for you Sir!

I had the best car buying experience possible. The staff were professional and patient. My salesman Andrew Gross was the best part of the whole thing. He made everything quick and easy. A usually stressful situation was instead an enjoyable time.

I got a car earlier this week and it was easy and everyone was nice! Brandon was great! He helped me get my appointment set up, explained all the features of the car to me before I left, and reached out to make sure everything was going OK and if I had any other questions.
