On two occasions I needed help with my Mac. Both times, Derrick had all the answers. He had to troubleshoot for one issue. He was very patient and was able to solve the problem which turned out to be a Sonoma issue. Great Service!!! I highly recommend them!

So I had cleaning done to my computer from you guys and you missed the whole front panel the first time I came in! On top of that there is dust still in the corners of my CPU fan... I just came back again which was a HUGE mistake, I thought you guys were going to look at my CPU fan and all you did was run my CPU fan for a few hours and added thermal paste again. I had also asked over the counter about having my front fan cord plug back in but I guess you moved it a little instead of plugging it back in as requested. Overall Bill way to high. I spent $270.72 over two visit!!! I thought I thought wasn't going to be charge with a payment on the second visit because you guys say if I have a problem that I can come back. I had a problem which still got ignored. Plus the cleaning job was so mid. Didn't clean fans and forgot front panel. I was hoping for a semiprofessional clean to my PC.

I have an older laptop, 7 years ago I purchased it brand new, that I dropped about 5 years ago. It has been tough to get the money set aside to fix it, as I knew it would be expensive since it's a touchscreen and high-er end (not gaming) laptop. Once I started my business, I knew I'd need to have it fixed to be able to have a more organized place to do business than my phone and a notebook. I grit my teeth as I dropped it off to Don and the guys. After 3 days I followed up and they found some things that needed to be replaced because of the fall. I didn't question that at all since it was a pretty dramatic, high impact fall on the corner of it that shattered the entire screen. They kept me in the loop of what was being done and did the repairs quicker than I anticipated.Now, once I got it back, I couldn't use the keyboard or mouse pad at all. I called them up and they had me bring it in. I was frustrated since I did say to just fix whatever it was that was wrong. After spending some time with Don, we realized it was not their fault, it WAS working when he had it in safe mode, but something was going on with it internally. He kept it overnight, since it was closing time already, and worked on it the entire next day...not even joking, he went through everything that he needed to do and it was all day. When I finally went to pick it up the next day, he made sure to get it up and running to show me that it is indeed fine now and explained what he did. As with anything I seem to get my hands on, it was not user error or technician error, it was just my machine.In hindsight, would I do this again? Absolutely.I truly appreciate the work that was done, the explanations, and the patience when I was about to lose it because I couldn't use my laptop as soon as I got it back. Once I realized it was not their fault, it was something going on with my machine that was essentially "hidden", for lack of better wording on my part, it made me feel a bit better. But knowing it had stumped them too for a bit, also made me feel better too, ha.Thanks again, guys! You have a loyal customer here and I will definitely be recommending you!

EDIT: I FIND IT STRANG HOW PROFESSIONAL YOU ARE WITH YOUR REPLY BUT IN PERSON AND OVER THE PHONE YOU’RE RUSHING ME OFF OR OVER TALKING ME AND HUFFING WHEN I TALK.. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY LIKE YOU DID THE BEST YOU COULD. MY LAP TOP CAME IN TO GET THE SCREEN FIXED AND PRIOR TO THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE SOFTWARE WHAT SO EVER. I’VE HAD THIS LAP TOP FOR 2 YEARS! NO WORRIES MY IT TECH AT MY SCHOOL HAS IT AND SOON AS HE TELL ME WHAT YOU DID I WILL BE BACK TO RE-EDIT MY REVIEW AGAIN.If I can give zero stars I would. Brought my lap top in to get the screen fixed and got a call that it was ready 2 weeks later. Well the screen would not allow me to type on it (it is a touch screen) the screen kept glitching and my key board was jumping back and forth touching letters even though no one was touching them. I brought it back the next day, and the guy stated it could be a bad wire hook up and took it back in. Two weeks pass and I did not get a call so I decided to call. He stated that it was not to screen (which was not true me and the other employee witness the glitching and he even put it in the notes) he claimed the problem was someone put a windows 11 upgrade on it and did not wipe it first and do it correct. Which is not true I have never put a new upgrade on this laptop and every time it asked me to I was hit “remind me later” because I was in the middle of an assignment. now my computer starts up but will not go pass a black screen. I paid $210 dollars for them to fix one problem and they made another. Then tried to make me charge me $150 to “wipe it clean” so he can put windows 11 on it. Also stated in the notes he did a bunch of upgrades on my computer because it was “severely outdated” then told me in person someone is did. DO NOT GO TO THEM. They are money hungry and lazy. My computer screen was fixed but now has another problem. I’ve had this computer for 2 years and never had an “upgrade” issue ever. Then tried to over talk me and yell at me HORRIBLE!

I had an issue with my home printer not being recognized by my laptop. Dustin came to the home and made every attempt to get the printer to print. He did get the laptop to recognize but it still wouldn't print (not a new ink problem). Dustin was very patient and told me if I purchased a printer from them, he would download all the software and get my laptop to recognize it. He set the entire thing up and did not charge me for in-shop labor. Dustin is a genius and I highly recommend Digital Majic Computers.

Amazing customer service! Literally bored out a hole in a heatsink to make it fit better onto my motherboard! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for consistent computer service!

These guys are seriously the best computer repair place in Saint Cloud. I went to another place that said i needed to replace my mother board and they charged me $100 just for the the diagnostics. Dijital Majik then looked at it, fixed the problem and updated drives within a couple hours and charged half what I paid just for diagnostics at other place. Saved me hundreds as I didn't need to replace anything. Thanks so much again for your great work!

Jury’s still out. My hard drive apparently failed and they are going to replace it with a solid state drive which will be faster but half the storage for $200. This all seems fine but the communication could be better! It came out to $330 and I lost my MS Office programs so I would rate my experience as a 3 star!

Extremely knowledgeable staff who put customer needs first. They were able to repair my custom desktop PC in just 3 hours for a reasonable price, and they even went the extra mile by cleaning the inside and reorganizing the cables without charging extra or being asked to do so. I highly recommend Dijital Majik and will be going back if I have problems in the future!For full transparency, in 2021 their hourly rate for labor is $75/hr and the replacement/upgrade parts in their store are all affordable. I paid around $300 for 3 hours of labor and a replacement part and I have no regrets. In fact, I'm typing this review on the computer they fixed. Their service is 100% worth the money!

I can't say enough good/great things about this place. I brought in my laptap that I thought was dead or dying (kept getting the "blue screen of death" and Eric was able to bring it back from the brink and better than before! Thank you, Eric and thank you Dijital Majik!! Great work!
