I used to LOVE this place. Crystal was always on top of everything for me.BUT, lately, Crystal is unreachable, and although the phone people are pleasant, they don’t seem to be able to handle the orders. They forget to send out something, or leave things out on the order and then I have to call them back and ask what happened to such and such. Then they look it up, and apologize for the error (on their part) and say that they will send it out again. Of course when I don’t receive it, ANOTHER CALL is made from me and then the new voice on the phone says it should have been sent and of course, “looks it up” and says I don’t understand why they didn’t send it out yet. So flowing in apologies which I accept, he says that he will make certain that it is sent. Well, I did get the package, but inside the box was only one of the eight I was supposed to receive. ?So ANOTHER CALL, I had to make and this time it had eight, but not the missing seven from last month.I had my Health Insurance worker call them on this and for some reason or another, they didn’t even have (or couldn’t find) two other prescriptions from my doctor who sent them in two weeks earlier.So, I’m finally done. I’m 72+ years old, and I’m tired of trying to get folks to do their jobs that they supposedly were trained for and I am not getting paid to get them to do their jobs, so I’m looking around and praying that I can find a medical company that gives a darn about us customers.

Very disappointed in the service. I called a couple times explaining the new unit not working properly within the time frame of it being able to be replaced but never got a call back just to find out being no one recorded it on their end I called, I had to wait a month to get it changed even though I had proofing calling them! They never return phone calls for questions or concerns.

Of course, that's an invalid extension per your annoying voicemail system! I'll try via web when its convenient. Better yet, maybe have Amanda reach out to me (if she exists).

I had the pleasure of meeting Beth. She was very thorough in helping me set up and use my CPAP. Great personality and a great sense of humor. Happy to meet somebody who seemed to legitimately care about her patient. Looking forward to going back and keeping up with my supplies. Thank you Beth.

Tried to get repair parts for a Nova rollator . They ordered wrong parts and said they would see what went wrong and said they would let me know. Never heard from them again and when I tried to call them they would never answer and wouldn't return a call back.

Krystle was great helping my husband acquire an "upright" walker.Spent a lot of time working with us. Very patient & was able to answer questions. Great experience. Have been to Corner Medical before & will be back

I had the pleasure to meet Heather who helped me with a portable oxygen machine,Due to my anxiety I could not use that one, Heather took the time to locate another one and got it to me. Heather has an awesome personality and goes the extra mile to get things that fit the individual and explaines things so they are understood, very patient and does her job with a smileThank you so much Heather. Excellent customer service great attitude.

They take FOREVER to help you. I walked in and there were two people working. One was busy with a client, the other was sitting at her desk. The one at her desk said, “Someone will be with you shortly,” and then proceeded to type on her computer and then disappear to the back room for 20 minutes. This was the second time I stopped in today because the first time I was told by the same woman that her coworker was on lunch and I’d have to wait 20 minutes while she helped someone else. Prepare for a long wait when you go to pick things up at the St. Cloud location on Division Street. (When I was helped Jane Montgomery was so friendly and helpful!) not sure who the other person was but Jane is fantastic!

I received a call because the doctor had reached out to get me set up with my first CPAP. I called back to purchase my first CPAP machine. The guy on the phone was very confused on why I would be calling about this.Worthless. Will be getting to anyone other Corner Home Medical.This is a follow up,Gus thank you very much for reaching out. Based on the additional conversations I've had with the folks at corner medical I am even more confident in my decision to get a CPAP from a different vendor. I have money to spend and the team there seems more interested in telling me that I'm wrong rather than selling me a CPAP machine.

I have dealt with Corner a number of times in the recent past with no issues...until today. I would have given Corner a two star rating except of numerous examples of lack of professionalism. I was at their St Cloud store a week ago and picked the items I required and was told not to call Corner, that she would call me. Fine, I expected the items would be in the process. Thursday came with no calls from Corner. When I reached out to Corner I was told that the person I had talked with last Friday was on vacation. I asked what was the status of my order I was informed Corner was waiting for a coding from an unknown Corner department. I attempted to reach out to Corner several times today (Friday) with little success. When I talked to the receptionist (I believe in the St Paul office) and asked for a supervisor, I was told the supervisor was gone for the day. I asked to talk to a person who could address my issues I was told no one was available and if that was my question she had answered me four times. She then hung up on me. I intend not to deal with Corner. If I'm unable to find my needs other than Corner, I will do without.
