“On two occasions I needed help with my Mac. Both times, Derrick had all the answers. He had to troubleshoot for one issue. He was very patient and was able to solve the problem which turned out to be a Sonoma issue. Great Service!!! I highly recommend them!”
“Today, I had an appointment for my iPhone broken glass which was supposed to be 30 minute. It turned out into 3 hours because of this stupid policy that Apple has. I was frustrated and exhausted, but shoutout to best buy staff and Apple Booth staff who helped me for that whole time(Trey and Destiny) BestBuy actually need to give them a raise because I never received that kind of friendly and supportive assistance ever from the customers support. They even called Costco and other carrier companies to provide alternate options for me. Even though my problem was not resolved, thank you so much to those staff who helped me and gave directions.”

They’ve recovered data from my old computer, replaced it, and added two new screens at my request. Not only will Katie resolve your issues she’ll fix some you didn’t even know you needed. Fantastic young lady and business. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.”
