If you need your computer fixed, tweaked, or replaced, this is your go to place. I’ve had all three of these things done over the years. They’ve recovered data from my old computer, replaced it, and added two new screens at my request. Not only will Katie resolve your issues she’ll fix some you didn’t even know you needed. Fantastic young lady and business. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

Mark & Katie are awesome to work with! Our first experience was several years ago with cleaning up our former "corrupt/virus infected" computer and Katie did an excellent job for us at that time. Mark assisted us with our TSA Pre-Check enrollment which was quick and a very smooth process! Most recently Mark & Katie assisted us with a purchase of a new laptop and monitor from their store. They worked with us during every step of the process, including installation of new software, transferring files and data from our old hard drive, and educating us on the use of Windows 11 and all the other features of our new computer! They spent as much time as we needed to train us regarding virus scans, backups, and other support that we needed. We can't emphasize it enough: if you want some first class help with your computer, or need computer expertise at any level, you can't do better than Mark & Katie at Computer Dynamics!!

I was scheduled to get fingerprinted here for a job background check. The gentleman I had the the appointment with was VERY good at his job, the whole process took about 10 minutes! They were very polite and professional!

Mark and Katie are awesome!! Went in for new lap top and ended up being set on a life changing path!! Katie (and wonderful boyfriend-sorry I don't remember his name) sat me down and listened to all my insecurities about returning to school at 58yo for Cyber Security! They gave me some really great insight and genuine feedback. I asked for help evaluating my tech knowledge to determine if this would be the best choice for me!! Unfortuantely I came here thinking they would do a repair after a diagnostic on my computer. The woman recommended I pay for a diagnoatic to figure out what was damaged. This is where I assumed we would do a repair. They dont do liquid damage repairs and will charge you for a diagnostic that is not nessecary. Not very good customer service either considering they only said my computer was junk without looking at it. Will be asking my bank for a refund if they do not provide one.
