Excellent service. Very honest. Very prompt. Tried to help me get my car started even though it would have meant I didn't need the tow. Actually diagnosed the real problem within a couple minutes. Highly recommended.

As life has it, I blew a tire on my way to work. Stranded on the side of 101, my husband called Collins Brothers Towing. I quickly rescheduled my morning meetings assuming I'd be stranded for hours. To my great surprise, the Collins truck arrived in 15 minutes. The driver was very polite, professional and extremely fast. He not only changed the tire, but he also noticed a piece of the car's frame was damaged from the blown tire. Without being asked, he backtracked along the highway to find the missing piece...wow, what outstanding service! To top it off, I was only charged $85 and I was on my way in less than 40 minutes. Thank you Collins Brothers for rescuing me! I am extremely grateful and thoroughly impressed with your service.

The driver was fantastic amazing made a bad situation with a lot of stress into a situation were it all of a sudden wasn't bad and wasn't stressful at all . He was a fabulous worker ,and was able to figure something out that seemed impossible before he figured it out . The best company I have dealt with wouldn't use another service ever again . If every employee is as sharp, and friendly as him they have to be the best company in the states . I really felt so relieved after he was able to help out I didn't care what my cost was , but they also were very well priced . The cheapest company in Minnesota . Was just a fabulous outcome on a situation that seemed devastating. My family was so pleased with him.Im very blessed to have had him come help us that day . He could give A lot of drivers good advice , and help them on there skills . He was so knowledgeable. I rarely if ever give anyone as much credit but everything was better than I could have ever thought. Thank you

Received $2800 debt collection notice. Never used their towing service and never been to st. Cloud, definitely won't be paying their shady invoice.

My girlfriend slid off the road on slick ice & was hung up on a culvert. Colton responded within 30 minutes to county road 43 north of Duluth. This team did an outstanding job towing her Jeep to my service provider for repairs. I would highly recommend them! Eric Randa

Josh is their driver out of Pine River, and I can't say enough great things about him and the service he provided. He was at our location fast, treated us with respect and compassion, and made quick work of loading up our truck and getting us back to our home.Being stranded is stressful, and Josh made things comfortable with his easy conversation and technical expertise. He even had great suggestions for making repairs and other extended towing services. I hit a large deer on a Saturday night and called Collins Towing and from dispatch to I believe his name was Josh sorry i can’t remember was so helpful. He got the car loaded and waiting with me unit my ride came to pick me up. He even met me the next morning so i could my stuff out. I highly recommend them before they brought to the body shop.

I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews on here but found myself having a bad day and Collins Brothers Towing of St. Cloud was the closest to my location. Every single person I dealt with went above and beyond to make sure myself and my 3 kids were safe, and you cannot put a price tag on that. The dispatcher who answered the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was able to determine exactly where I was even though I was so shaken up and crying after my crash. She was able to talk me through everything, remain calm and, most importantly, give me suggestions on staying safe while on the side of the interstate with large semis and cars flying by at 80+ MPH. The tow truck driver showed up almost immediately it felt like and sprang into action. His first concern was making sure my kids were not hurt or scared. They got my truck loaded with no issues and the road cleaned up as well to make it safe for others. The next day I went to the impound lot to get my stuff out of the truck and was treated very fairly and friendly by all the staff. They even offered to email a copy of my invoice to me and my insurance company which was something I hadn't even thought of doing yet. I wholeheartedly believe that if you follow directions, are honest, transparent, and kind, this is how you will be treated in return. People are quick to jump on here and write a bad review trying to tarnish the Collins Brothers name, but I believe there are 2 sides to every story. I would ****% recommend Collins Brothers to my friends and family. They also mentioned they are available pretty much statewide so I will be using them again for sure (hopefully not too soon!). Thank you all for your dedication and service, I can imagine it is not an easy job to be constantly criticized and treated like garbage when people don't like your prices or are probably having one of the worst days of their lives. The small things you do go a long way and make a difference, keep it up!
