I bought a jeep for 10k. I had test drove it a few blocks and everything seemed fine. On the drive home (just over 20 miles) a check engine light came on. The transmission and o2 sensor had set it off. The repair shop replaced the transmission and sensor for 5k. When I asked how did this happen it was because 1.) I am a fool. 2.) The dealership knew and cleared the warning lights hoping for someone like me. This wiped me out. I would have still bought A car from the place... I needed one. But I didn't need to buy something they knew was dying. This was a devastating hit for me. It shouldn't have happened.
I informed the dealership of the transmission the 2nd day I owned it. His reply was "when are you picking up your license plates". The warning lights were CLEARED. The dealership said they had looked at it, but transmission was on its last miles. The sensor had been going off and was cleared so I wouldn't know.

Dave provides the highest levels of customer service and professionalism. I've come to him on numerous occasions and he truly believes the customer should be the focus. In February of 2021, I needed a new battery in the midst of a -20F storm and he made it happen even though his shop was very busy at the time.

(/I only gave this place 1 star because I can't give it zero.) Don't ever go to this place. Looking for a car? They'll sell you a lemon that they'll tell you they did all this work on, and when things start going wrong and you take it back to their shop, they'll tell you they worked on it and do nothing but clear the codes, and tell you they did all this work and try to bill you an arm and a leg. Worst car buying decision I have ever made. Learn from my experience and stay far away from this place!

It can be hard to come by a business that you can trust to not screw you over with unnecessary parts or services. Or to not overcharge you! David and Greg are those people you can trust. I never met them until yesterday when I brought my BMW in for multiple services. It’s always a lot of anxiety to bring your vehicle in and imaging the bill afterward- I didn’t worry yesterday. They did an amazing job at fixing the issues and for a reasonable price (especially for a BMW). Would absolutely recommend these guys! They have our business forever! Thanks guys!
