I visited this store for the first time in its new location and was very disappointed! It’s obvious that management takes no pride in the store’s appearance, what a disaster it was. The shelves were completely in disarray, items all over the floor, one isle was so congested with merchandise all over the floor that no one could walk through it and I could go on and on. I then visited the store next door, Sierra Trading and it was how a store should look like, clean, orderly and welcoming.

It's the worst place ever. Workers are slow. The cashier is only one person, and he is slow. Workers don't seem to be bothered by the clients' needs. Big long queues and no help.

I actually work for Burlington as a cashier and I haven't been there long but I love my manager Jesse. He's really nice and understanding. And the other staff have been really nice and understanding

I frequently go to burlington; I have only been in the new location a couple of times, but went to the old one a lot. I think they have done a great job so far, it looks great & I hope that people can be respectful enough to help keep it in shape. I will say some of the fixtures are a bit tight or even impossible to really get a cart comfortably around — Another downside is that you cannot take the cart out of the store so if you are someone who gets a lot or gets the bigger pieces…it’s going to be a bit of a pain. Hopefully they can come up with something to make that easier! My only other “complaint” is that it does take awhile to check out — but that is nothing new & I don’t ever expect it to be a super fast process. Overall I enjoy this store and most of the staff have been friendly.

LOL these pics explain how nasty & unorganized this store is! What a shame. Burlington is usually pretty decent with cleanliness and organizational skills, but apparently not this location ? *it looked like this throughout all areas of the store* ??

The store itself is a complete disaster. Trash, hangers, and merchandise all over the floors. I couldn't even walk through some aisles because of this. This store needs a serious makeover and probably new management/staff given the condition of the store. I arrived on a Friday, 2 hours after the store opened. The mess and disorganization appears as if the staff never clean up or zone.

I tried applying for this job, I got an interview over the phone. They never called at 245. I called the store 10 times the last 2 days and only got 1 person who placed me on mute for almost 10 minutes. Still nothing. Please don't promote you're hiring, pretend to go through the process, but never hire anyone??? People need jobs... I needed this job . I've never had to go through this before... :( disappointed.

Very messy. The "beauty" was disorganized and the goods all over the floor. Clothing disorganized, mixed sizes, and clothes on the floor.

I have never been to a store that looked like a gang had come in and ran sacked it. It was appalling. I won’t shop there again. Looks like no one cares what it looks like. You need to close down for a week and clean and organize it!
