Got a freezer delivered twice damaged both times - dealing with the service number folks was a complete waste of time. 2 hours later and I'm still no where. And offering me a $65 gift card to use at Best Buy yeah no thanks. Never been so disappointed.

I walked around trying to find an item. Several employees walked right by me, but not one asked if I needed assistance. I left without buying anything. They could have made money from me, but blew it.

Ordered an item online for curbside pick up. I was in the area before it was ready and stopped to ask if I could possibly pick it up sooner. They found my item and put a priority on it for me to help me out. Very happy with my service today!!

Best buy is slowly dying, if this store is representative of their brand.To pick up an in stock monitor (x3 in stock).Samsung M80cFive associates directed me to, three different departments. Where I would wait in line, just to be directed to another department and another line.After an hour, left without said monitor.You've lost a customer today. Long live Amazon and home delivery.All I can think is, why did I waste my time with you.Sincerely,Impatient shopper.

Made an idiotic mistake in my purchase of an iPad 2 months ago, I tried to just deal with it, but eventually decided it is causing me too much stress. The staff worked with me to set things straight, and really showed me patience and understanding. We got it all sorted out. They really came through for me, and even though i planned on getting cheap accessories on Amazon, I am now bent on returning to Best Buy to give them my money instead. They deserve it. Hard to get help ... Purchased something online with a pick up in store that was found out was missing a part and surprisingly you can not actually call the store. Asked for a call back after 20min on hold to a call center .. had to go back to the store the next day and found it was not in stock - did get a return. The purchase was not worth the hassle.
