Stopped in today and walked around aimlessly unable to find what I wanted seeing employees standing around talking but no one would help.. ended up having to go ask for help and the employee acted as though I was bugging him..

They usually have what I need. The numbers of employees usually outnumber the number of customers in the store, yet they don’t seem to want to help anyone. So do your research before you go here and hope you can find it in the store.

Stopped in today after calling to verify price matching could be done. Target and Walmart were out of stock for an item. Drove all the way there, 20 minutes. Went in. Met a nice guy. Jose , found the item but it was not actually in stock at this location. Was a bit upset but Jose told me I could pick it up from Minnetonka. Another hour plus drive but at least I’d get my item same day. They would not use Walmarts online pricing due to it being a 3rd party. I should read the fine print online. Ok no problem every other store and retailer had a much cheaper price. So I asked about this one. No they’re not on our list. This happened to be every other retailer. Finally we get to the other local store Target. This price beat there’s by 14 percent (a common theme) this one also did not show a third party. The manager said no way because they could actually have a 3rd party and just not be posting it. Well if that’s the logic then why would you EVER price match? I asked if me walking out over 13 percent is really happening over a maybe target is using a 3rd party. No answer. Looked at me like I was a piece of garbage. I vow to never and I mean never to use Best Buy again. If you’re thinking of shopping here. Look at the poor reviews. They also under their logic will not match any price. Let’s be honest they’re the highest price anyways on most items. Target laughed when I got there and they heard my story. Honest to goodness the wonderful lady there Rebecca informed me that they get lots of people coming from Best Buy upset. With all the options today of better pricing AND better customer service. Why would anyone come here unless it’s an emergency? Even if I think I need something that day. I will never and I mean never walk into a Best Buy again. Jose was great. His manager treated me like poop on a shoe. Wouldn’t check my phone, had every reply ready for shutting me down without looking into it. Then the silent treatment finally when I asked how they could match anyone’s prices if they just assume that every other person uses a 3rd party even if it isn’t listed!?! Ugh thank you Target! You gained a customer for life. I look forward to my item arriving in 2 days.

Poor service once again. Return policy is a joke. The “managers” are not given the opportunity to make good decisions. Probably no vault of them. Unfortunately this was my last time purchasing anything from Best Buy. There are many other options that are more customer service friendly. I was a loyal customer but my last 3 experiences in the last few months has really left me wondering why I should buy anything from them.

I went to Best Buy to upgrade my computers storage and then we found out that we needed a appointment witch was fine until we found out when we got back that they couldent even upgrade it it was terrible

Finding help is a self taught skill. Went to car audio, no one around in either neighboring departments. Walked all the way to the front door and asked the greeter for assistance. Another kid walked by, greeter said this was the expert. The expert acknowledged and walked into the security room. He walked out and headed to the back of the store, didn't look at us or nothing. Followed him hoping he was going to help us. He got back to car audio and looked around for us (we are right here behind you). Asked how much it was to install a sub, man of few words scanned the QR code and walked over to appliances. We followed, not knowing if we should. He gave us a price. We finalized the order and set a date. On the way home, the unprofessional taste left in my mouth encouraged me to cancel the order. If that is the level of service that is acceptable, I sure don't want them opening my dash on a brand new truck.
