definitely recommend took my phone here for a screen replacement and he did it under an hour! broke it again lol and took it back a month later and still great service and handy warranty! explained all issues and what to expect. definitely recommend!

RUN elsewhere! I paid $400 for a screen replacement. Two weeks later I'm 1600 miles away on a business trip and their replacement failed. no damage, touch freaked out, screen went green and died.
There is a store 20 min from my hotel that would honor their warranty. Downside is our schedule is jam packed and in my only free night i have no phone. I cant uber, cant rent a scooter here. even going out to eat will be hard (cant navigate). 20-30 min out of our busy day tomorrow to pick it up again.
Warranty won't replace my dead or lost time while traveling.

We were in need for a pair of batteries and we were given explanations what and why the batteries they suggested were the best for our application. After I got the batteries, I did some more research and everything they mentioned was spot on and I knew we went to the right place. They even made sure we were given any and all discounts that were offered at the time. It was reassuring knowing they were looking out for their customers, not just the bottom dollar. Although with our experience, we will definitely return to their store for our next battery or other items they supply.

They replaced a battery for a Kindle Paperwhite. They had it for two hours, and the battery only had a 17% charge when I left the store! The technician did not know it had such a low charge when I had checked it!

I bought a battery at an auto shop and when I asked if they would install it, they said no because of the weather. This was upsetting for me, I was very busy at work and I needed to know my car would start. My Boss recommended Batteries Plus, On Monday morning, one of the coldest days of the year. Tony, from Batteries Plus, replaced my battery that I bought somewhere else. I was so impressed with his upbeat personality and wonderful customer service skills. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you Tony and staff.
