Not the biggest B&BW around, but was stocked very well and the employees were friendly and helpful. Easy to peruse and find what you are looking for. Clean atmosphere, probably the best store in this particular shopping mall.

Annoying experience today. They are helpful until it matters. While I was shopping with my family, we couldn’t go 30 seconds without an employee asking if we were looking for anything in particular, if we knew the deal going on, or if we needed a basket WHILE WE WERE HOLDING A BASKET. This is not an exaggeration; it may have been less than 30 seconds. The same employees were basically smothering us the entire time we were in the store. I wanted to scream at them to let me look around in peace. I will find you if I need help or 1-3 times asking if I need help is enough. Then when checking out, they couldn’t care less about us. One person asked if my grandma had an account(she does) and then switched places with another worker who asked again. The 3 or 4 employees behind the counter ignored us as they talked to each other about training videos that must be more important than customers checking out. For some reason they wouldn’t explain, they wouldn’t accept my grandmas number because she didn’t have the app (she has a flip phone). I then used my account just so we could leave. I hate how they treated my grandma like she wasn’t important ON MOTHER’S DAY. My mom who’s normally really patient just wanted to leave and tried to convince my grandma to put everything back just to get out. Horrible experience from start to finish. Clearly going through the motions without actual care for the customer’s responses. They also don’t have any of the trending scents I’ve been seeing online.

Me and my fiancé were disgusted by how we were treated. My fiancé went in for cologne, I decided to throw on a face cleanser to his purchase. And this rude elder lady who was checking him out made a comment telling him that the cologne wasn’t $4.95. My fiancé was in a $200 jacket, $100 shirt, and $200 shoes. Your employee clearly implied that he couldn’t afford it, do better. This will be my last time shopping at this location. We shopped here 12/10/2023 at 4:39pm on till 1005, cashier number: 390688.
