APH warehouse is they’re supplier and it is a plantation let me tell you they don’t communicate with they’re employees they keep them in a squared off section of the warehouse and don’t care about individuals all they know is GET THE PARTS ON THE TRUCK!! Only one black person on they’re team In the dock area to communicate with the minority. They’re is no incentive I felt like I was in the Jim Crow Era with the big heads watching us they don’t pay nothing and have a high overturn rate it’s a new person everyday and they always quit I feel they are somewhat r*$€!$= really! Not somewhat but they are Auto Value Owned and don’t care about people of color one of the bosses referred to me as a monkey. My father was in the hospital at the time and I needed to be there for him and they never cared. THEY ARE SO WRONG!!??

Good place to get anto parts, lots of options on parts, Very helpful counter people in the morning/mid day. Very clean store and restrooms. The only parts place where the employees will actually walk up to you and ask if you need help finding anything.

Staff was too busy answering phones to help me find the part I was looking for. Had to look online and cross reference my own part. When I was ready to check out, they stopped answering phones and I had one of them check to see if I got the right part. They suggested a "recommended" part for 50 cents more and I decided to take it because it looked like it was higher quality. Parts are relatively inexpensive here, but maintenance items like light bulbs and fluids seem higher priced than local competition.

Normally I don’t leave reviews but if I could give this place 0stars I would! First gave me the wrong parts then employee said he would have correct parts waiting for me then I drive all the way back there just to find out they didn’t have correct parts and would have to order the correct parts from Wisconsin, what a waste of time and effort, I will gladly take my business elsewhere and it’s no wonder why online businesses like rockauto are thriving when these auto parts stores treat customers like this.
