“I will always bring all of my vehicles to Matt, he is honest, repairs are done quickly and correctly, he only fixes what needs fixing and doesn't over charge. When my daughter started driving, I told her to bring her truck to Matt for all services and repairs because she was so worried that she was going to be taken advantage of bringing it anywhere else. R & L takes care of my truck so I can take care of my family without worrying my vehicle won't get us to our destination safely. I highly recommend!!”

“Can't recommend these guys (and girls) enough. I don't care what is wrong with your car because they go above and beyond any and all measures to either fix it, fill it, or remove it (don't ask) to ensure you are safe to drive away.
I would like to say that I know a thing or two about my girlfriends car but when we pull into Snappy Lube (SL) I feel like a shlub amongst the crew that is on site.
There is no upsell, no schtick, no sales pitch. Pull in, say nothing but what you need, and you are out of there in minutes. And they end up checking some stupid things Id completely overlooked or forgotten to do. We have run the gamut of shops from here to Clearwater and I would rather wait three hours in line at SL than be first up at a place across the street. Is there a place across the street? I wouldn't know, as I've never looked elsewhere.

“First time buying a part online from Pam’s, overall an excellent experience. The part was as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Everyone I interacted with at Pam’s was prompt and professional.
Initially, there was a very minor mistake with my order but they remedied it quickly. They first sent me an off the shelf part that was lower mileage but a slightly different part from the one I purchased and needed. Once I pointed this out, they sent a return a label and had the correct part pulled and on its way shortly after receiving my return. The two parts are almost identical so I completely understood why they sent the already pulled part. The difference is not easily distinguished unless you’ve really seen the two side by side.
How they handled the situation speaks volumes to me. I will definitely be ordering parts from Pam’s again! Great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Hi had reds rebuild an alternator for me and test the second alternator on my diesel pick up after the big box parts stores told me both were junk it was going to cost me $700 to replace. They rebuilt the one for $200 and told me there was nothing wrong with the second one I highly recommend their honesty. I did have to wait a day for them to get the parts to rebuild it but the cost savings in their openness and honesty is worth the wait.I cannot express how much I truly appreciate the store”
