“First time buying a part online from Pam’s, overall an excellent experience. The part was as described, arrived quickly and was well packaged. Everyone I interacted with at Pam’s was prompt and professional.
Initially, there was a very minor mistake with my order but they remedied it quickly. They first sent me an off the shelf part that was lower mileage but a slightly different part from the one I purchased and needed. Once I pointed this out, they sent a return a label and had the correct part pulled and on its way shortly after receiving my return. The two parts are almost identical so I completely understood why they sent the already pulled part. The difference is not easily distinguished unless you’ve really seen the two side by side.
How they handled the situation speaks volumes to me. I will definitely be ordering parts from Pam’s again! Great prices and excellent customer service. Thank you!”

“Have just moved back into the area and O'Reilly's is in the neighborhood. Man ... am I glad they are. Needed a brake light for my Jeep Liberty. It was in stock and Teri has me out the door in minutes !!!However, when I got home and went to do the replacement of the bulb ... It turned out that the light's module was toast.Went back in and Teri and Gabe once again found the part and I was out the door once again.I decided to replace the module and light bulb right there in the parking lot. It's typically a 10-15 minute repair.However, it didn't work as I had hoped. Good thing I never left the parking lot. Teri asked Mike for assistance and Mike discovered that the connection was a bit covered over by the module burning far to hot.Mike ... pull's out his knife, clears out the burnt plastic and out the door I went and 10 minutes later I'm driving home !What a "Top Shelf" customer service group you have at this O'Reilly's ... There are name's not mentioned here, but there's absolutely only great customer serviceThey will truly be my go to for all auto parts needed.”
“Extremely kind and helpful!!!I came in to switch out a headlight bulb and I had someone come help me figure out what bulb to use and why I should use it. Then after checking out an employee named Brandon helped me take out the old one and put in the new one and stayed till it was confirmed the bulbs where working! 10/10 service will be coming back!”
“Good service, nice store with parking. The OEM Denso part was correct and cheaper than the Toyota dealer at $200. The one pictured is one that the dealership replaced before. It tests just fine. I've Included just to give you an idea of what they look like. The one pictured was a Bank two Sensor 2, essentially the one after the catalytic converter. Hence the grommet that goes through the wall into the footwell.”

“Had trouble with my remote start and I called them and said to bring it in and they would take a look at it. -10 degrees outside the guy went out there and checked it out. Within seconds he figured it out and fixed it and was on my way. Didn't even charge me cause it was a loose wire. Very friendly staff will deffently be giving them my business!!!!!!”

“had an alignment rack installed they did not assemble it correctly ( missing bushing in right front post ) have been after them for months to fix they set up an appointment to fix and never showed . I was recently contacted about this review and not only did they fix the problem came up took apart the hoist replace the part that was damaged during the install they did not charge me now The hoist works as it should and the office that originally installed is no longer this was previously a one-star review averaging with that they're up to a four-star if they had Been the crew to originally install it it would be a five star review because they stood behind their work even when it was a different branch. I would actually now recommend this company where before I would not.”
