St Augusta Motor Works is incredible. When I had problems with my 2013 Ford F150, they went above and beyond to ensure my needs were taken care of. I am grateful for their dedication, flexibility, and service. Nobody likes to deal with vehicle issues, especially not me, but when my trucks exhaust started to sound like my younger selves glass packs, I needed to get it in asap. Brittany picked up right away and said bring it on your way to work and we'll get you to work! They were able to get the parts and get it all fixed up by the time I got off work that same day. Luckily it wasn't a major issue, but I will definitely be back should anything else arise! I would definitely recommend them!

I cannot describe how happy I was with Motor Works! I am traveling cross country and had 1500 miles to go when my van developed a creaking noise. I stopped in without an appointment on a Friday and they graciously test drove my van and got it right on the lift to check it out. It turned out to be nothing serious and I was back on the road in no time. As a woman traveling alone the courtesy, respect and peace of mind they gave me were priceless. So appreciative!

They have a very friendly staff that are knowledgeable and quick to offer up help (even via text)
The comfortable waiting area makes a stressful time go much more smoothly.
I got my truck back and running better than ever in no time. Went in a week later to change some fluids due to a discount
from my first visit.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back.

They checked out my car & found out what had to be done & at what price. Also kept me informed as to when I would be able to pick it up! I would highly recommend any work to be done to their car, you go to Motor Works of Sartell, Mn. Bob Lindquist of Sauk Rapids, Mn.
