“I actually like this branch, I don't get why the other reviews are so bad. The people are super nice and helpful. I've been able to walk in and be seen without an appointment and only a 15 minute wait. I had an issue with verification and Derek Vonderohe helped me resolve it over the phone and email. I had a busy week and did not have time to go in person so he was a lifesaver.”
“This bank was easy to set up trust account, but it was complex and the bank had to go through a lot of steps and they had to built a profile and they had to go through a lot of steps so if you do set up a trust account with this bank, please make sure they have all the documents correct and make sure you have all the information correct so when you go to this bank, you have no issues 100% it was not easy to set up the trust but they were really helpful and they got it taken care of Huntington Bank and make sure you have a tax payer ID number or you won’t be able to set up a trust accounts”
