I made an appointment with Aspen Dental. I received several emails asking me to confirm my appointment which I confirmed. At no time did it ask me to confirm with a telephone call I confirmed received notice that I was confirmed drove an hour and a half as I’m coming from Morris Mn just to find out I did not have an appointment. They made several excuses as to why I did not have an appointment and they were not moved to make it right. They just told me they were filled and could not help me. I had a Thanku for confirming my appointment but it was no help. The manager brought me back to her office. But she was ill equipped to help me in any way. If you are a new patient please please call and confirm your appointment as I guess that is the rule. Unfortunately I will not go back. My experience was awful. My husband had a good experience that’s why I went. This was NOT true for me.

Terrible! I came in for a first time visit consultation to get a quote for a dental implant. They asked me to come in early for my appointment to fill out paperwork which I did, then after waiting there for an hour, they told me that they would no longer be able to see me that day and that I would need to come back the following day. I understand things come up and things happen, but don't schedule me, especially for my first appointment if you don't have the time available. First impressions are important. Never coming back!

Canceled my appointment (for the next morning) the night before. They even called to cancel after the clinic was closed, so I could not call back to reschedule. Then the next day, there was no way to get a hold of the clinic to reschedule. They were open, and all phone calls went directly to being hung up. There is no way to leave a message. I made this appointment 6 months ago. And already confirmed it three different times. This clinic is impossible to get a hold of someone.

My daughter is in college and had a root cannel and crown done at Aspen Dental St. Cloud. When we tried to pay for it, it was the most difficult experience I have ever seen. You call the office and nobody will answer the phone and cannot leave a voice mail. Tried the automated payment prompt that you can get to but it cannot find your account. No other options with the auto attendant will get you anywhere. So we will have to travel to St. Cloud just to pay the bill because our daughter doesn't have access to our HSA account and we don't want to be sent to collections. We appreciate our good credit so making sure this gets paid shouldn't be this hard. Usually collecting for the services is the easy part for most places you do business.

Xrays were less painful, I was hoping for more work but with a 10,000 price tag on work they want to do and 6800 was my share after there discount n my insurance....living on social security alone makes paying out of pocket a joke....Guess I will be looking for a new dentist as their billing lady suggested I do since paying the amount was not going to happen ? back to calling every damn dentist in the area n surrounding around n hope they take new patients

The dr. Is great and the stuff are friendly. They did my teeth extraction which iam thankful. But they are very expensive and they use their payment plan on another company instead of them which is sad.

Got me in as a walk-in, did what needed to be done to start, had an exam, from xray tech, to hygienist, to Dr.Khan explaining what we need to do, to the financial aspect ....the appointments are set up and we're good to go....and did I mention how friendly everyone was ? Thank you everyone. See you soon.

Very nice staff, I was pleasantly surprised. I do not agree with their diagnosis of gum disease and the intensive scaling they recommend as I have never been told that in my 63 years. But I went in to have a crown recemented and they were great with that!!

I told the staff I worked Monday through Friday and was not available to take calls. I verify with staff when I schedule the appointment. I sent them an email when they wanted me to see them earlier that I could not or Voice Mail actually. they never got back to me on that one. Then I find out the day of the appointment. They tried to call me because they could not verbally hear the confirmation during my working hours when I was unavailable they canceled my appointment and it was scheduled for 6:45 AM beyond irritated at their u professionalism. I believe it’s a small-town bias for new patients.

We will definitely not be returning. They try to upcharge you with all these different services. They added onto our bill an electric toothbrush!! I couldn't believe it. They add on 4 - gingivitis rinses for $19 a pop and many different rinses. We denied as many services as we could and the bill for a "free" cleaning (2 a year for free with our dental insurance) went from almost $500 down to a little over $200! No thanks!! We walked out and will NEVER return!

This was my first negative experience and it was very disappointing. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment (St. Cloud, MN) I was asked why I was there. I was incredulous. I was then told my records had been transferred to another office in another town and that this info had been “alluded” to in a previous visit. No. One time, after an issue, I was seen in this other office (Baxter , MN). When I inquired about being seen there again, since it is closer to my home (1/2 hour v. 1 1/2 hour drive), I was told “No, you must return to the St. Cloud office for your treatment.”I also asked if the new retainers would be made and given to me at the visit. I was told they would be Today I was told no. I have been waiting for a call back to reschedule since 11:30 this am. No call. I spent 3.5 hours and a 1/3 tank of gas for nothing. It was suggested that this was my error. Absolutely not. And this idea of an allusion to the record transfer is delusional. I am a very unhappy customer and will be sure to share this experience honestly with whomever I encounter regarding your business.I am about to try again to schedule my final appointment. I shouldn’t have to be doing this. Your business made the mistake. Your business should be making it right and not expecting me to correct the problem you made.

Came in with an infected tooth and face swelling. The dentist refused to prescribe me antibiotics unless I scheduled a future procedure to pull the tooth along with 3 wisdom teeth. Even with insurance I have to pay over $900 out of pocket. I asked if I could do the 1 tooth in a couple of weeks and come back in January after I have funds available in my FSA but was told that they needed to come out all at once. Because I didn't have the money today to schedule the future extraction, I was denied antibiotics for my extremely infected tooth. So now I have to go urgent care for antibiotics. The staff there was very friendly. But I won't return because the dentist obviously only cares about $$$ and not his patients.
