“I'm new to knitting, however I came here for supplies and each ''blanket'' yarn they had, they only had 1 or 2 skeins. How am I supposed to make a blanket with 1 or 2 skeins... ? it's still my favorite craft store in the area I was a little surprised to see that. Sad to say I have to order knitting supplies online.”

“Lydia at the fabric cutting counter was GREAT! She is new to the job but had such great customer service and patience with us! Actually the best customer service we've received at this location. She is the type of employee everyone wants!The managers here are another story.. when Lydia asked for help to come over she was told "it's easy" and the manager didn't come over until about 10 minutes later when Lydia was still trying to figure it out. Very disappointing to see a manager treat a new employee like this. Lydia held herself in such a good manner even after her manager was not pleasant with her.”
