Horrible service and very disrespectful inhumane management . I have no clue how they are a 4 but they should be 1 if not 0 starts. Coming from someone who runs a small business, pleasing and happy customers are always a priority . We waited almost an additional 3 hours and 3 different eta changes .
Management is rude and she had no respect . They just care about your money. Horrible way to run a business. Do not get your car towed with them. We were freezing and waiting for hours

Super wrong and not ok to treat people with disrespect especially in a time of this matter where we ARE the ones paying them. I asked for a discount for the lack of communication or actually no communication and several eta changes .. my insurance said they were 40 minutes away when they didn't even leave yet actually.... driver called and was laughing and said " uh no, I am 70 minutes away."
Management claimed that the insurance company changed the towing company which is a lie because I have text documentation that shows the same tow company since 3:49 am ... she lied to get my money.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Pray for y'all and you need Jesus. Totally wrong to treat people as so and run a company unlawfully .

We broke down while towing a large trailer more than three hours from home...on Super Bowl Sunday afternoon. Andy himself came to get us from a highway outside of St. Cloud in about 15 minutes, which was much faster than expected. He put us in his heated truck right away (thank goodness, because it was cold and windy, and we had to abandon our van because it was smoking) and got our van and trailer hooked up quickly. He dropped us off where we could get a rental and dropped our van off to it's final resting place. This could have been a terrible, awful, miserable day, but Andy fixed it! He was friendly, professional, and kind. The cost was also lower than we expected, especially with such great service! I'm so glad we called him off the random Google search!

I’m not from St. Cloud and my car battery unexpectedly died over night and I thought I was about to be stranded. I called Andy’s and within 10 minutes from the call my car was already up and running and I didn’t break the bank. Everyone was very friendly! So relieved and impressed with the service :)
